Service was fast, but portions are disappointing. Ordered a pirata jr combo – Two tacos with a side and drink, which come up to around $16 after taxes. When I opened the tacos, there were between 2-3 small strips of fajitas. Nothing like the photos of tacos on the menu.

It’s sad that every store you cannot count on great service . The La Plaza mall store is very bad . They try to pass off stale chips as good food and refuse to give me my money back . Having to work at the mall and not being able to eat food that you enjoy because their people are too lazy to do the right thing . Another restaurant that will soon be out of business if they don’t start listening to their customers. Good luck I know that was my last experience with Taco Palenque forever.

Hard pass. Dined in at the food court at about 1:40 pm so food should still be fresh because of the lunch rush but it was a disappointment.Just drive to the one on south 10th Street for quality food. The fajita tacos were cold, tortilla was cold, rice and sopa was mushy,very little meat to taco ratio, and too many pieces of meat had the chewy nervios. The fideo sopa was cold, the consistency of the fideo was questionable and I won’t be back. I couldn’t tell if noodles from the fideo sopa were mushy and broth was thick because they use a different recipe than other locations or if it was just so overcooked. I love taco Palenque but the food at this location was horrible. Just take the extra minutes to drive to any of the other locations. Worst $13 ever spent.

This place has terrible service , I went yesterday but didn’t get to put my order in because whenever I get out of work or get sent on break I try going to this store but there’s always a man or a girl who’s always saying the food will take about forty minutes even if it’s just a simple order and they don’t even say it nicely this place has good food but seems like it has a bunch of teens running this place, it’s never clean and around the time I go apparently they don’t have most things on the menu anymore. someone should get this store under control before they start losing more clients such as myself

I agree with some of the comments regarding the service here and am not Spanish speaking so cashier seems to not understand English very well. Since I live in the valley I am somewhat used to that. The food is good and priced right — I order the chicken fahita tacos and guacamole every time. Seating is limited and they do not keep up with washing the tables off between guests if they are really busy.

Mark Hernandez covered the drive through and was so attentive and professional. His manager was extrenly helpful and attentive as well

I love Taco P it’s my go to for regular meals or late nights after being out. I would give every other location 5 stars but the manager at the La Plaza is kinda rude and doesn’t honor the military discount like all the other locations. Go to any other Taco P rather than this location.

Nobody seemed to want to take my order and kept ignoring me even though I was the only one present. A female Hispanic customer came and stood next to me and immediately was provided service. It’s unfortunate for someone who evacuated due to a hurricane experience this kind of customer service. All I wanted was a cup of fideo.
