Joseph took our order and he was so pleasant. This was my first visit and he was very helpful with the menu. My husband had recently been here with some friends so he knew exactly what he wanted to order. He got the bacon and egg taco and I ordered the matamoros taco and the sirloin taco. EVERYTHING was delicious! The tacos are a generous size and the flavor is on point especially for what I consider fast food. The fresh chips bar and the fresh salad bar is very nice. You can get as much or as little as you want and it’s fresh and it’s good. I will definitely be back to try something else.

I’m so upset that I’m at work and can’t go up there to see what the hell is wrong with taco palenque across the board. Hair in food has to be the most off putting culinary experience and unfortunately this is the second location to do so. Yall and the 281/tpc location need hairnets and your franchisees to come down on management hard for not enforcing proper food safety. Despicable.

Ordered through Uber eats. Tacos and toppings came separately packed which was great. Corn also came plain in a cup with the sauce and cheese in separate containers. Once I added those to the corn, it tasted delicious and creamy. The Sirloin street tacos were also pretty good, and tasted very closely to the food truck tacos. The tacos however were breaking after putting the toppings and sauces. This place is definitely one of those that I can order from again.

We are regular clients of Taco Palenque. This time we tried the Blanco location. Service great as usual but unfortunately they have reduce portions compared with other locations. Chips on tiny plates, parrillada they add a lot of onion under tortillas and few meat even you asked for the bigger one, you will get ending eating a lot of rice, onion and tortilla. All those compared with other locations. We strong recommend visit 281 and Evans, The Rim and the one near to Costo on I10. Those are great in service but also in portions.

First time and Lost time. I was ordered Enchilada platter and Beans Cheese Burrito. Enchilada looks like empty small three tortillas something brown sauce little rice and little like a salad, beans burrito very small double burrito and water over $16 bucks. And not tasty food..Taco Bell better..

I have no idea why the manager has such an attitude. My son and I ate here yesterday evening….received a 15% off coupon. (Posted on here). We usually use the kiosk but wanted to ask the manager first. We ordered 2 super fideo bowls….and he starts asking, “which size the regular or the 24oz”….I went to the kiosk and said, “I want 2 of the $10. ones” the manager then goes and gets all 3 sizes of the to go containers. I said, I already told you it’s for here not to go. At this point he was so pissed off We just left. Went to another location. I guess he was pisses because he had to get up from the booth and put his phone away and actually help a customer……I’ll say it till I die, IF YOU CAN’T BE NICE TO EVERY CUSTOMER, YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY.
