Tucked in the corner of the Malco Cinema, is this gem of a food truck.
I got the Birria Ramen, TaconGanas w/Barbaco, and my wife got a chicken quesadilla.
The Ramen was a rich broth, amazingly tender Birria, chickpeas, large chunks of potato, carrot, and perfectly cooked wheat noodles.
The TaconGanas was delicious Barbaco that came with a well spiced green sauce.
The Quesadilla was huge and filled with the perfect balance of shredded chicken and cheese.
It was all served 10 mins and the staff was super friendly and helpful.
10 outta 10 stop if you want quality Mexican with dishes I’ve never seen anywhere else

Anything you order on the menu is good!

I had never had this before! I have gone back the last two days in a row. I have been sick for months not being able to eat or smell cooked food. This was a win!! It had been since July since I could eat and now I can’t get enough of the Consommé! If i could buy in bulk I would! I want more vegetables all in it! The polo quesadilla and pizza are to die for!

I’ve been wanting to try after hearing a lot. My first try was the veggie taco, which wasn’t that impressive. Probably, I’m the only one who’s gonna less rate their food. But the veggie taco I tried was not up to the mark.
It also felt a little overpriced. Like $5.70 for one taco? The seating area was decent and clean, and it had a pretty good vibe for a casual hangout in nice weather. It was definitely a vibe for atmosphere, and I would try again.

OVER PRICED with no taste!!!! I ordered the Barria Tacos. Not only were they almost $4 a piece but they charged me an EXTRA $5.50 for Consomé. Everywhere I go, consomé COMES WITH the Barria Taco…not separate. Go to Happy Mexican instead, the tacos are cheaper, better and they COME WITH consomé.

I went to this place for first time with few of my friends for dinner, they have the best tacos and burrito. I have never eat such tasty tacos. Must visit place to have best tacos, also they are very filling. We will definitely visit again and again.

I’m not Mexican but I know what authentic Mexican tastes like & this was a hit! Long lines but get your food out fairly quick especially if you’re on a lunch break. I got the chicken tacos & the way they season them is beautiful. This is definitely a hidden gem of Memphis & I would highly recommend this food truck to anybody who comes here & the prices are not too high & the service is great! It’s a relaxed chill atmosphere 5/5 from me!

The Birria pizza is freaking amazing and well worth the money. Don’t worry if you have leftovers because it reheats like a champ! Even in the microwave, though, my favorite way is in a skillet so it crisps back up. Also the ramen is great too, very flavorful with lots of meat
