As someone who grew up in México looking for that flavor that reminds you of back home is something I always look for everywhere I go. Theres is such a variety here, I’ve been here 3 time and I knew I would come back from the 1st. The owner is so nice and will give you a recommendation if you are undecisive. But you really cant go wrong with anything. Personally I haven’t found a good sazon around this area, and this is the closest to a home meal I been able to find.

I like eating here because it’s the only place I’ve found tortas ahogas and tacos dorados with meat like those in Guadalajara, Mexico. Plus, the menudo is delicious, and the tortillas are handmade with excellent flavor and quality. I’d definitely recommend this place to treat myself.

The food here is among the best Mexican foods in Washington State. The young lady that attended to me was extremely friendly, professional, and patient.
Prior to going to Los Cuervos, nachos and tacos were my only experience with Mexican food. Boy, was I in for a treat. I got 2 tacos fully loaded with various meats and authentic Mexican flavory goodness. I also got a fully loaded burrito- I don’t remember the name but it might have been “carnitas” burrito-. I’ll check my receipt for the names of what I ordered, and then update my review accordingly.
I ordered at a pretty busy time, yet the same professional young lady mentioned above had some nachos and some salsa appetizers ready in under 3 minutes. It took about 12 minutes for me to receive the 3 tacos, the burrito, and some authentic white-looking tea that tasted like Heavenly bliss.
Overall, I had an awesome time dining in at Los Cuervos in Lakewood, WA, so I recommend here as your go-to for an authentic foray into amazing, authentic, and professional Mexican cuisine with a family-like feel when dining in.

Will visit multiple times to guage a more thorough review. Overall very good Mexican food. Ordered 3 street tacos : carnitas, carne asada and al pastor. The carne asada (steak) was definitely the best of all three. The carnitas was on the dry side and so was the al pastor, although the al pastor was tastier. Also tried a carne asada machetes for the first time ever. Although I have nothing to compare it to, this was excellent and full of flavor.
Overall I’d rank this place 4.5. Even though I did not dine in, I can say the atmosphere was great and the service was very warm and friendly.
I will definitely be returning to try more items on their menu!

This spot has some delicious food and great service. Such a sweet and acommodating woman who took our order and served us. The salsa was perfectly spiced and the chips were hot and fresh We tried the birria Nachos, carnitas burrito w roasted peppers, carne asada burrito, birria tacos, with the consomme, steak quesadilla and horchata and it was all so fresh and flavorful.
