The staff here always seem to be in a mood. Not to mention how rushed I feel anytime I come through the drive thru. I was told my order total when I wasn’t even done ordering. It’s a shame because I do like the food but they definitely don’t have good customer service.

If I could leave zero stars I would my experience today was the worst I ever had first we pulled up to get our order the girl at the window forgot to tell the people in the back to make it then after we got our order the same girl at the window dropped our fork and sauce on the ground said oh it will be ok then shut the window and walked away had to wave to get her attention I asked for another fork and sauce she went and got the items opened the window said here bye. Listen if you do not like you job go somewhere else I will not be coming back I would love to get in touch with your boss

Drive thru menu sign is dirty, I had to have the attendant read me a few things. My steak burrito was cold and poorly made, the second I picked up the burrito the tortilla split and everything fell out, thank goodness I still had the paper bowl on my lap. Drenched in sour cream, even I didn’t ask for extra. There isn’t even any flavor? I’m so confused.
I normally would have went in for a refund but I am too busy today and had my baby in the car with me. Won’t be back to this location.

Manager and staff were extremely kind and helpful. Food tasted great. No complaints. Forgot the cheese cause. But other than that the employees were extremely kind and went over the top to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely recommend. Way better than taco bell

I’m A Dasher, I hate every time they respond on the app the order is ready.happenns every order. Then I’m still waiting for the customers food also late on delivery. If your food is late it’s not the driver. Yes it does hurt the driver rating.(Altus Oklahoma Taco Mayo). I’ll just let the customers know that it’s not ready! And send a screen shot with the correct time I’ve picked up customers’orders.

2 years ago, this place was descent. Yesterday, there was no food at the front of the store—all made in the side/ drive thru area. The steak had lots of gristle. Guacamole was an interesting shade of green & brown. Pepper bar is gone. Dining area had not one clean table. The steak nachos I ordered tasted like ball game, concession stand fare. Definitely won’t go back.
