One of the better Taco mayo locations I’ve been to. Food was fresh and tasted great. Most locations your food is a mess when you get it. The big packets of salsa are pretty convenient.

The lobby was virtually empty. It was me and 1 other customer. It took 20 minutes to get our food and it was cold. The lady that order after me wanted her money back. Who I’m assuming is the manger, told that lady that she was making her order “right now” keep in mind that I hadn’t gotten my food yet. The manager then starts to cry and gets loud about it. Terrible experience!

I’ll NEVER give them my money again. I order the same thing every time I go, today I was told “are you sure you want that? It’ll be messy” and I proceeded to tell him I always get that, he tells me my total is almost $9 when I usually pay $5 and some change. I get up to the window and pay and the lady said zero words to me. Just handed me my stuff and shut the window. Got to work and opened my food and this was what was inside. Since new management has taken over the customer service has been terrible and rude(not to mention the tasteless food) and I’ll never go back.

Opens at 10:30 am, but still not serving food till after 11:00… waited in line over 15 minutes for 1 order of refried beans! Order should have been free; then I might come back again… disappointed again!!!

Took 20 minutes to get out 8 burritos tonight while in the drive thru. Got the food, only had one of two orders of potato locos. And all the food was old, as it was cold and hard. Very unpleasant.
