I had a poor experience with the Taco Maker located in Lake Underhill, Orlando, Florida. My wife placed an online order from our home on Thursday, October 16. Since I was nearby, I decided to wait in my car until I received a notification that my order was ready. After 20 minutes of waiting, I got the notification and went inside the restaurant.
However, I had to wait in a 20-minute line because they do not have a designated area for online order pickups. When it was my turn at the counter, I informed the employee that I had placed an online order, which had already been paid for, and that I received a text message confirming it was ready for pickup. The employee at the counter informed me that my order was not ready because they did not have a working iPad to view online orders and start preparation.
She asked if I could provide a screenshot of my phone so she could begin preparing the order at that moment, after I had already waited 20 minutes in my car and another 20 minutes in line. I then asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund, but she told me that it was not possible. This is completely unacceptable. If you are planning to establish a restaurant in Orlando from Puerto Rico, please try to avoid bringing bad habits and poor service with you. Also, if you are not prepared to handle online orders, it might be best not to accept them at all.

The food is Ok. It was cold when its served. I didnt like that. They also need bottles of hot sauce tampico, tabasco or texas pete. The packets they have taste like licking CARBOARD BOX . Also an older lady there starring at the clients like we were about to rob the place made me feel a type of way where I wanted to tell her what’s her problem. Not good for customers. The bright side its clean and the server was hot think it was “Karen” she was nice and attentive had beautiful smile .If I was the owner I’d fix the temperature of the food and get some Valentino hot sauce or tasbasco. I’d tell the manager smile and be nice the customers are important
