Had them come out for a good size retirement party. I hadn’t heard of this truck before so I was looking forward to trying it, even though most taco trucks were rather “meh” that I’ve tried in the past. I walked up and checked the board out to see what was a rather simple menu on a simple looking truck with a bills theme. Was looking for some over the top crazy named expensive dishes you see commonly on the side of a food truck and was met with reasonable prices and enough menu/ food selections to cater to most people. I was met with friendly service and the smell of all the meat options cooking tickling my nose.
I wanted to try a taste of most of what they had. I got beef, chicken, chorizo and shrimp tacos. While I waited they took more orders, called names of orders that’d been completed and interacted and chatted with customers so they set a good vibe with people be was ready to see if the food lived up to the experience I’ve had so far.
My name was called, was served some hot fresh tacos in a nice container that had a slots to keep them all seperate and not falling apart into each other which was very much appreciated. I left a couple tacos just with the toppings they came(beef,chorizo) with and added a red sauce to one(chicken) and the green sauce on another(shrimp)just for fun. They sure looked good and I hoped they tasted half as good as they looked.
I was pleasantly surprised when I took my first bite, the beef with no added sauces for a baseline to see what kinda food we were dealing with. Fantastic! The tortilla was soft and the fresh veggies were what I noticed first then the tender beef with rich flavor and nice note of spices, great start! I then reached for a bite of the chicken taco and of course what I liked about beef carried over to the chicken but met with a flavorful chicken im assuming was tastefully seasoned or marinated if not both pairs great with the red hot sause I picked.
Things got really exciting when I went back to the chorizo taco that I didnt add anything that didn’t come on it I wanted to taste the chorizo and man does it shine through with a little heat and flavor that smacks the taste buds. The texture of the meat was also something I appreciated where you can taste and feel the texture of where the chorizo was on the grill and have it a fresh made or order and grilled taste that really added character to the dish. Loved that.
Lastly was the shrimp with the added green sause. Besides not holding it over the plate and staining my shirt….. wow! By far my favorite taco. Tender well seasoned shrimp, soft tortilla and fresh veggies on top with some heat of the green sauce was the clear winner for me!!! I got more shrimp tacos!
I then topped off my visit and review of the truck with a table breaker, doritos walking taco and the nacho cheese and beef with the cheesy crunchy doritos did not disappoint and was a great way to finish.
Highly recommend! Simple truck, simple menu that focuses on good food with peronalaity and flavor.

there is no stars to give me if i could give no stars i would and three of my co-workers wasted our lunch break at the food truck at the hospital and it was very expensive and had very little meat in it. I ordered a nacho bag and it literally had 3 shreds of chicken meat in it and a drop of nacho cheese paid $7 for just a bag of Dorito’s. my two other co-workers brought a 3 shrimp taco dish which was $20 and it had two shrimp in them and mostly cheese and the shrimp was not jumbo shrimp it was pre cooked tiny shrimp they should be ashamed of there self ripping people off like that i will never get food from here again if i wanted a $7 dollar bag of chips i would of just went to a vending machine and not only that the up keep of the food truck was gross NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

Brian, Amelia, and her mom did an AMAZING job catering a graduation party for us! We like tacos a lot, but also like Burritos. They were happy to accommodate and kicked out some of the best burritos ever, making beef, chicken, shrimp, and chorizo. Everyone loved them and went back for seconds. Their usual taco menu is awesome as well: street tacos, mafia tacos, nacho bag…all excellent selections. See them in Fairport or ask them to cater, you won’t be disappointed.

Spent 14$ on two cold tacos that had absolutely no seasoning, all I could taste was the onions, felt like I licked a crusty armpit, I did in fact eat almost the whole thing cuz I didn’t want to waste it, the hot sauce that they offer kinda helped choke it down.
