I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience at Taco Mac on Roswell Rd (Prado). From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was energetic, clean, and welcoming—but what truly made the visit stand out was the exceptional service from Alisia.
Alisia was attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional the entire time. She greeted us with a warm attitude, made great recommendations, and was always checking in at just the right moments to make sure everything was perfect. Our drinks were never empty, our food came out hot and exactly as ordered, and she handled everything smoothly even though the restaurant was busy.
It’s rare these days to get service that feels both efficient and genuinely personal, but Alisia nailed it. She was patient, knowledgeable about the menu, and clearly takes pride in her work. That level of care really elevates the entire dining experience and makes you want to come back.
The food was on point—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right—and the overall vibe of the Prado location was lively without being overwhelming. Between the great food, solid atmosphere, and outstanding service, this Taco Mac truly delivered.

This restaurant is always on point with its food and drinks. We’ve tried other places for chicken wings, and they were a big disappointment—so if you want normal-size, juicy chicken wings full of flavor, this is the place. They have a great selection of wing flavors, as well as an excellent beer selection. If you’re not into beer, they also offer a variety of delicious cocktails.
On previous visits, we tried the hamburgers with potato tots, and they were also delicious. I’m telling you—this Taco Mac is really good!!

I’ve been coming to Taco Mac over 20 years. I live on the other side of town and it’s literally a Taco Mac that’s four miles from my house that I refuse to step foot in due to a horrible experience at that location. I have my preferred servers that I deal with when I come to this location however, one works on day shift and the other one is out on leave.
My issue is with your server Yusifah and she’s terrible! This is my second time having to deal with her and I’ve waited tables during my college years and she’s an example of what a server should not be. She’s very inattentive, unprofessional and literally abandons her tables. Seeing this is my second time dealing with her, this time was no different from the initial time I dealt with her last fall. She’s literally MIA and never comes to check on the table to see if you need anything and the hostess literally brought my food out and she doesn’t even come to see if I wanted or needed anything else and proceeded to drop my ticket off.
Ticked off is an understatement as I eat out several times a week and have some restaurants on my weekly rotation and never experience this poor level of service at the higher end establishments that I go to on a regular basis. I’m one to tip no less than 20% but she literally received no tip from me due to her poor service and lack of concern. Dropped my ticket off and tried to walk away when I stopped her and told her that she did not give me my card back. She tried to play it off like it was with the ticket and when I became firm that she still had my card, she then produces my card from her apron. Rather than closing my ticket out, I have to sit and wait while she sits down and decides to clear a table off across from me and very unacceptable.
I ended up leaving a $5 tip to the hostess on my way out for taking the time to bring my food out. After tonight’s experience, going forward whenever I do decide to return, I will only be dealing with the servers that I typically deal with because tonight’s service was very unacceptable. Tips are earned and not given and I refuse to tip someone who clearly is rude and unprofessional!

Porsche was amazing for our alumni association watch party! She was so kind, stayed on top of all the guests in and out and kept the drinks flowing. The patio spot was perfect for football in the fall!
