This woman deserves everyone’s business and all the praise! Hands down the BEST taco truck in Olympia and Lacey, and I would go as far to say some of the best mexican food in general in this area. My favorites are the pastor tacos and fish tacos, but the tamales are also amazing. Everything is so fresh and flavorful; nothing is greasy or sitting around. The level of flavor and fresh ingredients in her food every single time I come (have been for years), coupled with her sweet demeanor and kindness, makes this one of the best places to eat in Olympia. Not to mention the prices are unbeatable. This woman deserves your business. She works hard, has an incredible attitude in a town where a lot of people are often sulky or rude, and the food she makes is delicious and fresh. Thank you!

I always go to Boka Island and just recently tried Taco-lote because of all the good reviews I seen about their fish tacos and I can say they are definitely worth it and up to the hype !!add it with some rice and beans & perfect lol will be coming back to try more dishes

The fish tacos are so good! All the ingredients are really fresh and the portions are decent. I used to go here when I worked nearby, now I drive across town when I get a craving. This is the only taco truck worth the trip!

This place is such a gem! I can’t believe it took me so long to try it. The shrimp tacos are to die for! I crave them every single day, no joke. The shrimp is cooked and seasoned to perfection, the veggies are always crisp and fresh, and the homemade sauce is amazing. To top it all off, the employees are always super nice. Overall a wonderful experience, would highly recommend.

when I tell you i’m so sad i haven’t tried this taco truck until now — i have never been so serious! this taco truck is ran by the sweetest individuals and their tacos are THE BEST i have had in all of thurston county. They give the best portions (like a generous amount) for the best prices. If you want some tacos that taste fresh and leave you satisfied and excited for the next visit then look no further!

Best fish taco I’ve ever had hands down. I try them everywhere that’s got em and Taco-Lote easily takes the win. Fresh produce and delicious flaky, crispy fish take center stage. The cabbage slaw is always crunchy and it’s all wrapped in a fluffy flour tortilla. So good…One day, when I get the courage, I’ll try something else off the menu. But for now I’m stuck❤️

We meant for a Mediterranean night dinner but opted for this cuisine instead. So glad we did and will return soon.
The fish and shrimp tacos (two were recommended and sufficient enough) were great and the carne asada quesa too. The salsas for the tacos could have more heat, but I’m sure regional tastes prevail. I would have preferred fish not fried but not a show stopper. Obviously all other ingredients were fresh. Yum!

I want my burrito in a foil wrap, not in a forever, styrofoam box. Okay, shredded chicken is chicken but, why shredded? And the hot sauce? Almost bland–it was barely more tangy than ketchup. Nice people, but not going back. Not a viable competitor to California Taco Truck on Plum St, which is good.
