If we are anywhere in Pennsylvania, we will go out of our way now to get tacos at Taco King! On the outside it looks like a very humble taco shop and the interior decoration is simple, but it contrasts the complexity of flavors in their tacos. Their lengua (beef tongue) tacos were the most tender that we have ever had and you owe it to yourself to try it out.

Absolutely wonderful shop, I had the carnitas tacos with chips and salsa as a side and it was all amazing. The service was fantastic, without even ordering ahead I was able to place my order and be served within 10 mins. The atmosphere was great as well. In addition to Jarritos they also had some Mexican drinks I haven’t seen in the local area. Great place with great people and great food.

Reminds me of mexican shops in San Diego. I would recommend ordering the “California burrito” (they basically replace the rice and beans with the crunchy fries). Their sauces are also amazing . Been here many times but the horchata machine is always off .

Consistently fantastic food. I’ve tried every taco platter option they offer and while I prefer the asada, you can’t go wrong with any of them. Steak quasadillas are also surprisingly incredible. Not sure if their salsas are homemade but their 3 options are also all good (verde, chipotle, possibly habanero?) So far all the bad reviews I’ve seen from this place have been from people being difficult and not understanding this is just a small business, you should ignore them.

my personal experience was horrible… oh by the way if you use a card, the minimum is 15 dollars…. oh and by the way you cant order separate meats for example if you want one chicken taco, one steak taco, and one pork taco, you can’t, they all 3 have to be the same meat, or you have to order an another set that cost 10.50$, which would put you over 20 bucks easily (Not Even About The Money At All) personally i ordered chicken it was super hard and the tortilla was not cooked enough literally could taste the doe,the service here with staff are rude and they even look at you in a weird sideways way if you ask a question……………. anyways i could go on…but yea the downtown taco places were million times better in my opinion! dont waste your gas your money and time here

What a great find!!!! Amazing food at a great price. We had soft tacos with lamb chicken and beef we ordered 3 but really could be 6 after we finished…. lots of food to eat

Yesterday we decided to go get some tacos. We looked on Yelp in saw that Taco King had a whole bunch of good ratings. My buddy, my wife and I decided to go there for dinner. The tacos were great, the beef tongue tacos was amazing. My wife got the enchilada shrimp cocktail and she really enjoyed them. I enjoyed my platter too but at the end I realize that they messed up on my order. I ordered a Carne Asada platter with two additional taco but only got two three Taco platter so essentially I paid for two more tacos that I never received and I didn’t notice until after the fact.

I ordered the Chips Al Mexicano, it was great!! The portion size was good. Lots of yummy chorizo and cheese. I had the pico on the side. Food was yummy. If your in the area- it’s worth a try!
