Went to Taco John’s Nicollet Ave Burnsville Mn.
Sat in the drive thru waited 20 minutes for my order. Got to the window to pay. I only had a $50 on me, my order was around $9.
Kid at the window wouldn’t take my $50 bill because he couldn’t break it. I said that is all I had. His response, I can’t break that. WHAT? I asked for the manager, his response, I am the manager. I asked what I was supposed to do…..his response, “you don’t get your food.”
Hard to believe you can’t by things with plain old CASH!

It’s very unfortunate to view corporate greed in real time. The fact that taco John, an American restaurant, pretending to be Mexican, is suing an authentic Mexican restaurant. The restaurant is now facing eviction due to all the money they have to use for this lawsuit. I’ve never liked taco John and I will always advocate against it. It’s liter Taco CHON. How insecure are you as a company and money are you?

Stopped at the Ulysses st in Blaine location, very rude staff & they did not take the correct order including arguing with me while I was there. When I got home I called & informed them that they still had things incorrect, the young man with lipstick & fingernail polish again argued with me & offered o assistance nor offered any concessions. Absolutely terrible location with unprofessional staff. Will not go back & will dissuade people from going there. Extremely disappointed.

Had door dash delivered food it was cold and half of the olies were missing called the Burnsville location guy on phone was rude he said they sealed the bag when we got the bag it didn’t have any kind of seal on it it was completely open he won’t do anything about it he said it was door dash problem to take it up with them we spent 38.00 and when he the manager at Burnsville location said the door dash Guy took it off and that’s why some of the potato olays were taken we through everything away we didn’t trust the food

Every Taco John’s I’ve visited, in both Illinois and Minnesota, has offered world-class customer service, and delicious food! I love the street tacos. The potato ole’s are definitely a bit heavy, but they’re rich in flavor, and crispy. I even got an order before I ran a few other errands. When I got home half an hour later (meaning they were sitting in my car for half an hour), they were still great! I can’t say the same for all fast food potato items. I am thrilled that Taco John’s picked the great state of Minnesota as its new home, and would like to welcome this great chain establishment with open arms!
