We used drive through and as we ordered the kept saying we are out of. Root beer. Sour cream, and something else. The potatoes was so messed up i have had better bad hash browns. Not a potato ole in the batch. They did not seem to care. I love taco John’s and I feel it’s only a matter of time before this location closes. This is not a new thing here and it’s been blamed on weather and rds but that shouldn’t be the case. How do you run out of things on a Tuesday. Bad planning.

Food must have literally been thrown in the bag. Oles were mutilated and had a rancid oil after taste. Quesadilla burnt and balled up in the bag. Chicken wrap had a baby carrot sized chicken tender and a couple drops of ranch. Tried to eat what could be salvaged but ended up throwing the whole thing away. What a waste and not cheap either.

One of the only reasons i go here is because of the potato oles. Now they look like mashed potatoes. Staff says thats how they have always been….

There’s no beating potato oles. I thought this one was closed though it looks so run down. But nope, just one of the OG taco John’s I guess. Drive through was fast. Potato oles were piping hot and fresh. Cheese like cheese sauce was delicious. Feeling gross for 2 hours driving through desolate Wyoming, worth it.

Food quality varies. Found to be either over seasoned or very bland. Service was found to be above average wait time varies. I found the atmosphere and interior to be rather pleasant.

20 minute wait nobody in the whole joint. Supposedly they had an online order that took priority over every other thing. On top of that they were complaining when we wanted our money back after we found out it was a 20 minute wait to get a burrito. Taco John’s all over the state is going downhill. I hope they get their stuff together before they go extinct.

Wife asked for a dirty wild berry lemonade… They gave her a regular. When she asked of she could make it dirty, the lady was rude about it and pretty much said no. I informed the lady that we originally asked for it to be dirty and we’re willing to pay. She walked away and took orders at the drive through. I had to go up to the counter and get ir fixed myself. Furthermore there were no potatoes in my meat and potato burrito. Will not visit here again.

Just the typical non-seasoned, old potato oles at this location. But forgetting half the ingredients in the meat and potato burrito, really? This place just gets worse and worse. .

These places, the staff is typically very friendly you feel me. Refer to my other review where I discuss what is essentially a double decker taco here.

If you are the type of person that needs several packets of hot sauce for every bite you take. Go in homie. They usually have hot sauce available for you to just grab by the fistful. Aaaaaaaanyways.

Is Taco John’s asking customers to lower expectations? Guess it was a bad decision to order before closing. Burrito was cold and smelled like bleach cleaning product, cold and unbearable to eat beyond the first few bites. The hash brown bites were cold and over salted. The Dr Pepper was also off in flavor and flat. Spending $20-$30 for a late night dinner for two turned into just throwing everything out immediately. Service was polite and helpful. Bummer to all of this. Maybe there should be some communication of closing up if this is what’s being served. The chlorine smelling food is an absolute first. Only serve what you would eat yourself staff at Taco John’s
