Really wanted to give then better reviews. Was looking forward to Taco John’s! Sign said open,l on Jan 20th so pulled into the drive thru. Half the menu was gone – assume the wind took it? Sat there waiting to give my order but no response from inside. Microphone/speaker busted again? No sign posted. Got tired of waiting and pulled up only to see an employee casually leaning against the counter watching me drive thru. Kept on driving and went to DQ instead.

Our first time eating at a Taco John’s and it was great. The breakfast burritos were delicious and cheap. The black guy that works there was super friendly and accommodating. His customer service skills were excellent. We’ll definitely stop in again.

Traveling through Wyoming and stopped at Taco John’s. Living out east, I haven’t eaten at a Taco John’s in 25 years. This was a nice treat, and the hardshell tacos were just a good as I remember. The employees were polite and friendly. Thank you!

I have always enjoyed going to taco johns for the last 12 years I have lived here. After today, I will never go there again. I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line even though there were only 2 cars in front of me. When I finally got to the window, I watched helplessly for 10 more minutes as 2 of the employees had a food fight, throwing tacos on the floor! I had already paid but had not received my food yet or I would have left.

This taco johns either has only one worker running the whole store, or they dont have the ingredients in stock to make food, especially breakfast which is what most people want since lunch/dinner sucks. I’ve heard many people complaining about this exact issue, people would rather drive 30mins to powell to get food since they have staff and food. Maybe its time to let it go…

Wrong food again. They’re either out of multiple items or serve the wrong items for the order. Very disappointing. This location has went down hill since selling a few years ago. We try it every so often hoping they’ll get it straightened out. So far….it’s just getting worse.
