The food was ok. The grilled chicken burrito was good. The churros were warm and had areas that were quite hard while other areas were soft. The speed, or should I say lack thereof, was atrocious. The cashier hardly said two words, did not apologize for the wait, and didn’t ask if there was anything else I needed.

Waited over 30 minutes for food and they forgot 2 items, didn’t realize til i got home. I caught the 3rd mistake, they corrected it . Dining room floor was so greasy, that as I waited my shoes slipped around beneath me. The card reader wasn’t working. The workers were trying to do a good job so kudos to them but overall not good.

We waited 45 minutes for our foodin the drive through, they forgot several items, and when my dad went back to correct the mistake, the employee said that we were being “disrespectful” to the other customers, and he was standing out of the way, not being rude at all. Then the employee said that he needed to go back through the drive through, which was going to be an hour with all the added cars, and when he refused and explained that we needed to go, the employee finally gave in, but then proceeded to say that if we ever came back he would refuse us service. We weren’t rude at all, and to recieve such a rude response was very offsetting and quite cruel.

I ordered 3 tacos through the drive thru on a Wednesday afternoon and I waited 20 minutes for them. There was only two cars ahead of me, so I wasn’t sure why there was such a long wait. The food was fine, but it wasn’t a convenient time for me to wait that long for fast food.

I go through the drive thru and service is super slow. Plan extra time if you want breakfast. At least they told me it was going to be a 7 minute wait after I paid. I don’t think they told the cars behind me there was a wait. It always takes me about 10 minutes minimum to get through in the last few months.

That was a rough experience. Bathrooms smelled horrible and had no paper towels or soap. Yikes. Credit card machine was broken and all indications are that is been that way for a long time as evidenced by the laminated sign. Chips were stale. Tables were dirty. Just go to Taco Bell up the road a little and avoid potential disease.

Ordered super nachos..got home..no sour cream or quacamole’. Tried to call…rings once then busy signal… everyone I work with say to stay away from taco John’s for one reason or another.. tried giving them the benefit of doubt… guess I knew better.
