The boss lady made these scrambles the first time and sent us out juniors. I had then remade to the correct burrito and they came out wrong again. A scrambler is supposed to have anehiem/ploblano peppers on it to. She cussed and complained saying she made them already. Im standing at the counter with both opened up go show them they are wrong. So burritos made twice wrong and she still complains. Bro just do your job with a smile and dont conplain when you mess up. Learn the menu boss lady and to the guy working the front counter. You handled that perfectly amd calmly even while boss lady was yeelimg at you and wouldn’t admit to her mistake. You should be in her position!

We eat here quite frequently, have ordered early in the morning, early afternoon , late afternoon and late night and have never had an issue. I have no issue waiting for fresh food, both drive through and online orders i have placed and the orders are always 100%. Best taco johns we have experienced hands down

They take pride in providing generous portions on their servings but wait what happened to our barely there flat tacos!! We were given crispy taco shells with so little meat and lettuce and a poor amount of cheese..Disappointing for a first time visitor passing by interstate. Place was empty when we walked, not surprised if they cannot keep up with better standards!

For a fastfood restaurant it wasn’t bad. I haven’t had a taco John’s since I was a kid and I still love the potato ole’s. The older gentleman working the register made it an enjoyable time dining in.

Horrible experience with drive thru worst I’ve ever heard and experienced the lady was super rude rushed us through ordering food and could not even get the order correctly and didn’t even want to make it right instead she told us thqts not what she heard and glared at us like we were a problem and then got the food and it was soggy and disgusting

All the tables were dirty. Ordered 2 meals, only got one. The women’s bathroom was gross and the soap dispenser was broken, the soap container was sitting on the sink and you couldn’t get anything out of it because it was an sensored dispenser! So sad to see a great company get such a bad rap when they were considered to have so much pride in their stores and products
