Food is good when you aren’t missing items. I normally don’t have a problem with the TJ’s when I go into the store to get my food. I wouldn’t try to call and complain about them not putting food in your bags especially if Michael is working. He won’t take responsibility and will automatically blame Doordash like Doordash is the one who bags the food they deliver. Otherwise the atmosphere is great and food is generally awesome.

Beginning to see a theme for fast food chains in town. The prices go up, the portions as well as quality are bottoming out, and the staff just clearly doesn’t care.
What i got was soggy potatoes, seemed like someone dropped a salsa containers worth of salsa on my taco, and spent like $17 on food I could only shovel half of it down.
Added the north store as well as many others to my blacklist to never return to again.

Cold potatoes you could tell were thrown back in fryer some were hot some were cold and mushy disgusting the burrito you’d swear I asked for double lettuce little meat 5 potatoes and the taco was soggy on bottom stuck to wrapper used to much sauce almost 18 dollars for garbage I could of ordered pizza and had lunch and dinner today this is exactly why I’ve quit eating out as much the quality of the food has went way down yet price tripled and your employees aren’t trained properly like if you wouldn’t eat it what makes you think someone paying for it wants that garbage also you don’t need to literally stuff cup with ice pop is literally your lowest cost and biggest mark up unless I get a refund for that garbage that was 17.37 im good on not coming back again

I understand being busy and making a mistake. But 2 cars in drive thru????? Asked for: 6 pack and a pound 3 hard shell 3 hard with meat and cheese only, 2 taco burgers with sour scream, small ole with cheese. What I got: 4 regular hard shell 2 meat and cheese only, no sour cream on any burger and no cheese for oles. To top or off… all of it was very cold.

The people in this location are all rude and mess up my whole order. I use to come here all the time but now I won’t ever come here. They need to get rid of all the staff here and replace them. I work in fast food and I would never find this acceptable ever. I will also be calling the corporate office. If I mess up I’ll fix it and I go above and beyond to make it better. But having someone as ride as the one who I dealt with to remake my order just had straight attitude.

The young man at the drive thru was very polite. He repeated my order back right away and confirmed it again at the window. My order was right and it was hot and deliciousl. This doesn’t happen all the time at other places so I appreciate the service he provided. I don’t know his name, but I visited on 8/4 @ 4:00 if you are able to review your schedule. Please keep him around!!

Quiet, clean, warm inside, cold outside, just right! The flavor of the food was good, it seems to of drifted away from what it used to be. I like going there when it’s busy everywhere else. The dining room always has room to seat their patrons.
