Whoever is in charge of bagging doordash items needs to read the whole ticket and their boss and shift leaders who make crew members take customer service phone calls are not good bosses. Kudos to the kid I talked to, he was a pro. But the store manager needs to re train some staff. And learn some customer service skills.

Front doors locked, no signs indicating it. Was told they were short staffed, which happens and is understandable (maybe would result in fresh, hot food??) After paying and waiting a little bit we were told we needed to pay an extra $1 and change because an entree ordered as steak was entered as chicken. Paid that. Waited again, and got food eventually. Not an unbearable wait especially after being told it would be a little bit longer. Lady was very kind at the drive thru window. The tacos we received (pictured) were a MESS.. way too much sauce, dry chicken, warm at best. The ole’s were pretty warm, cup of cheese was unfortunately the only part of the meal that was completely satisfactory. Kearney Taco John’s is the best I’ve ever had. This location is among the worst.

Taco Johns is a classic for York. They need to re-open a North Location to service the York industrial park again. Whomever thought of leaving just 1 taco johns open in York made a poor choice. We needed a North Location.

Convenient location for a salty bite. Love their Potato Olés! Asked for extra crispy but they weren’t quite there. The staff was super nice. Not much choice for vegetarian. Chain should consider alternative options.
