The food here is great!! Everything is always fresh and the employees are super nice. I find it easy to make small talk with them but maybe that’s just because we mutually work in the food service field

Stopped by around 9 pm to grab some late dinner, got home to see the potato ole’s I ordered like this. Definitely not impressed. Whoever packed my order was clearly too lazy to grab me some at least fresh looking oles.

The price shown on board as you can see was $3.19 each and I was charged $3.29 each. When I inquired about the price they told me they had made price adjustments but hadn’t updated their boards yet. They said the manager was made aware but hadn’t fixed issue yet. I said it is false advertisement and they just said they couldn’t do anything because they can’t adjust prices on register, sorry. Last time we were in hurry and went through drive thru and they neglected to give us our potato oles but didn’t know until we were already out of town.

9/25/25 I came through drive thru and ordered 2 bacon jr burritos, scrambler bacon burrito and potatoe Oles with bacon. Apparently the rude employee working drive thru didn’t care enough to make sure the order was correct for the $13.50 an hr they are getting!! got sausage on my jr burritos and Oh the scrambler burrito only had egg …. where was the meat , peppers, onion etc won’t be back!!

I feel bad for businesses. They are so short staffed which doesn’t help when they try to serve customers. On our last visit, my taco salad shell was a bit stale, not very flaky. It had taco meat, sour cream, and salsa, but no tomatoes. The salad was definitely delicious though. We got everything we ordered an that was impressive.

I asked for 2 steak burritos and for them to have just lettuce and cheese. They took it way too literally and gave me just cheese and lettuce… I called and was very respectful just to see if there was any way i could go back and get it fixed. Whoever answered gave me a little attitude from the beginning, i told her i was being respectful not trying to be rude, not to be rude to me and she continued to be rude. instead of just trying to solve the issue, she just kept saying “ okay i’m just reading you what’s on the screen”, there was no need to read the screen back to me cause i know what i ordered.

food was great. not many choices here in the thriving metropolis of Beatrice Nebraska, but the family stopped in to the taco johns. We got a couple of the six pack meal things with a mix of soft and hard tacos. Everything was cooked well and came out fast from the friendly staff. Everything was correct. The potato thingies were great! Need to get a taco John in the Lafayette Indiana area for me!!!

We are in Beatrice for some work, and seven people were able to get their food quickly, and efficiently. They quickly corrected a misplaced order, and after that we all enjoyed our food thoroughly. Thank you, Taco John’s! Oh, and it was better than all of our trips to Taco Bell!

ridiculous prices, sub par food, definitely a last choice, just tried it again and it was awful almost $18.00 see the photo, it was small everything, the nachos Navidad is super small. Just tried it again 10 months after this review and was total shit, why did I even put in my order, nothing was what I ordered, a complete joke.
