Stopped by on a Sunday morning to grab a quick bite and was very pleased with the service. Our sever Simon was courteous when taking our order and the potatoes were not oily like other similar places. I’m never disappointed when I come here. Keep it up!

Snagged dinner on the way home since I got off work late. Ordered ahead (as I was leaving work) and did pick-up which went smoothly.
We got a super potato ole, burrito (not pictured), a taco salad and potato ole sides with nacho cheese sauce. All really good food and filling.
Not a bad choice for a fast dinner on the run!

Stopped in about 4:30 on a Friday. It was quite busy for 1 person working. He was very polite and did a great job of covering the lobby and drive through. He checked on clients to see how everything was with their food. Very pleased with this gentleman.

I was there at 5pm yesterday and I ordered the 7 dollar meal deal. This nice young lady with medium black hair was so sweet towards me while I ordered but then a little boy named Joshmar I think was being rude to me and saying why a Mexican would go to taco John’s if it’s not even authentic Mexican food, like excuse me I was just trying to enjoy my food, then I proceed to tell him that it’s good and he kept calling me a fake Hispanic and calling me slurs. I was really offended for what he said and I tired complaining to another worker, his name was Jacob, he also ended up offending me too, I was really sad and felt really attacked. The management there needs to take responsibility for the actions of there workers. Be grateful I didn’t sue because I was thinking of the others who go there to work and do their job, unlike some people. People on the internet don’t go here because there will be little boys ruining your dinner acting all tuff when in reality they are all chickens.

Ordered dinner tonight and it was not eatable. Tacos covered in grease, so much so it was coming out the bottom of the bag. No toppings on half of the tacos (just greasy meat). Called to inform the store, manager could have cared less. Got a snarky “thanks for letting me know “

The owner contacted us and apologized for the food, hair and employee. We appreciate the attention to customers the owner has shown and he has assured us he is looking into this branch. This is what makes a business good and why I’m changing my one star to a 3 star. *
We came in and it was empty and slightly dirty. We ordered a six pack and a pound, a couple of bean burritos and a kids meal. A couple of parties came in after us and a few drives in came in. As we waited for an extremely long time we watched as everyone else was served before us. Mind you were ordered first. Our food was cold, the burritos had beef smashed onto them lettuce in them and no sauce in them, the potato oles were soggy and undercooked and I kid you not as I write this review my daughter took a bite of her chicken and found a long blonde hair and none of us are blonde… They also seemed to get offended that I checked our food before we left…. Definitely not coming back to this nasty understaffed place again!

Went thru drive thru yesterday and ordered 2 hard shell tacos and got back to work and my tacos didn’t have any lettuce on them AND the worst part the whole bottom of both of my tacos was cracked all the way across the whole shell. Is that what you do give the drive thru customers the broken shells cuz it’s happened to me more than once so I finally decided to complain !!!

Went to Taco John’s on 54th and L. We put in an online pickup order and when finished, it said our order would be ready at 8:04pm. We arrived at 8:15pm and when my wife and I went in to get the order. The woman at the counter was very rude and asked her if we had checked in. We told her we had a pickup order we completed online and said it was ready. Well, it wasn’t, so not only did we wait an additional 20 mins for our order, the staff was speaking very rudely in Spanish about all the customers. Also drive thru customers were having thier orders filled before ours. The manager was very rude and his sanitation habits were disgusting. Did not wear gloves and put his hands in the middle of a batch of chicken tenders after handling trash. There was only 3 crew members working on a Friday night. Our food was made sloppy and not hot at all. Do everyone a favor, if you can’t have enough staff to fill orders on time and all your employees are rude….CLOSE THE LOCATION!! Don’t believe the 5 star reviews, they’re fake and/or deceptive, written by employees or friends and family to keep their rating up. Just wrong!!
