Ordered a cheese quesadilla, I was about halfway through, took a bite and it tasted sour. Peeled back the tortilla to see this. Threw up a bit, then called the restaurant. They offered to remake the quesadilla or give me store credit for my future purchase. Needless to say there will not be any future purchases lol.

This is one of the gross’s food establishments I’ve ever been too. Dirt all over the ground, workers smoking while making tacos?? The photo a friend that works there sent to me of the meat being green and still serving it!?!? And lest not forget to mention the soap dispenser turning green.

Gross. Roaches crawling in dining area. Bathrooms disgusting. Almost empty with tables not cleaned. Walked past 2 booths to find one that had been cleaned. Entry not clean either. Bathroom floors hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Watery mild sauce.

I told the cashier Anastaya no tomatoes. She rang the food in correctly. She made the food and it was covered in tomatoes. When I told her this she said “I removed tomatoes”. I opened the burrito and showed her it was covered. She again repeated “I removed the tomatoes.” As you can see by this photo she did not. Eventually it was remade correctly but anastaya needs re trained on how to handle customer issues. The coworkers all agreed she made it too. Its ok to make mistakes but when shown a mistake was made its not ok to dismiss the customer. Just correct it and move on. This wouldn’t be a review if she just corrected it.

All the credit for this review is to Dalton. He was the only one who knew i wasn’t there to do dishes he can supervise and improvise with any crew at any shift. I had been refusing to eat out do to all other locations I am much like a secret shopper I have had my pictures get over 500000 views goings places any from PetSmart’s to different states I recommend Tonkowa Resort / Casino while your on you way to eat with us at Taco John’s we are loyal by our customer’s values each order one at a time. . . So I came to work there to rejuvenate Taco John’s great chain with fresh taste showing you how nice a warm meal can feel with a whole new meaning to the word fresh out the fryer hasn’t been used in vein. You are warned to reach for you bags with caution because we do not serve food that is not hot up in here! I am a customer in wolves clothing ❤️ ‘s I did my part to revitalize a brand name looked like it was dying. They are willing to change if you are unhappy please come forward you got my word for it. The food is well worth the wait you can take my word for it my word is my bond. Their crew was willing to work the trenches for them I would jump on a grenade. Just over work themselves to beat expectations each and every second. To them greatness is not a understatement they do it all hours of the day here. Your satisfaction is not out of your reach at this Taco Johns! The foolishtroll highly recommended this place 6 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐’s

Went through the drive through. Ordered 2 grilled stuffed tacos, hold the sour cream and hot sauce… super nachos amd 2 ranch burritos.. we checked the bag. Only 1 grilled stuffed taco.. walked in.. they argued with me about being short one grilled stuffed taco.. they said “it’s on the receipt” of course it was.. just not in the bag. They gave me the second taco. Got home.. the 2 ranch burritos were actually a chicken and cheese something????? There was no one eating inside… how can you screw an order up that bad?

Went through drive thru so can’t comment on the inside. Staff were friendly, order was correct and food was tasty (as always). I don’t really know what makes the crunchy beef burrito “crunchy” because ours were just beef and cheese sauce. The hard tacos were good but tots are always a bit salty for me. I forgot to ask for any hot sauce so we didn’t get any. Overall though we always enjoy Taco John’s.

I created a mobile order and had 4 fiesta burritos on the order. Everyone liked them but what i received was not a fiesta burrito. No pico, no lettuce and then black beans were added. I had a fiesta burrito the other day and it was phenomenal. This mystery burrito was good but not what I ordered. And a large Ole was missed on my order which isn’t huge deal and was taken care of. But the food being different every time I get something is the main reason I have avoided taco johns in the past. When I make a $60 order, especially for pickup, I expect it to be right. Please correct this.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The tables, yes all of them, were covered in sticky grossness. Bug carcasses dotted the ENTIRE floor and windowsills. Live ants and flies attacked you while eating.
My sons quesadilla had three pieces of steak. 1/4 of the quesadilla didn’t have ANYTHING on it. No cheese no steak. The burrito and stuffed taco we ordered were okay but extremely cold. Cool to the touch even. How is the tortilla on the outside warm but the filling is cold? The place smelled bad. We stood at the front and ordered from the kiosk. It took over 15 minutes for us to place our order and it wasn’t until we were done a dude actually came up and asked us what we wanted. Ridiculous we would have had to wait that long to order if the kiosk wouldn’t have been there. Awful experience all the way around.
