Skinniest burrito I’ve ever had; literally 1″ wide and the top quarter was nothing but tortilla. Also, it would be nice to know when ordering that there is a charge for ice water. Overall, pretty bad.

we ordered 2 large number 9’s, we got home and there was no potato oleys at all. My pregnant girlfriend decided to come all the way back just for the guy to say he put the oleys in the bag, swearing he did when he didn’t. we we’re reluctantly given the oleys we had already paid for, this was the worst service we have had from this location. One of my first reviews yet it had to be done because when a customer comes back for what they paid for they shouldn’t be dealt with like that.

Best TJ’s we’ve been too. Very friendly staff. Very clean restaurant. You could tell they are very proud of it. They even had all the sauce packets face up so you could read them. Good fast fresh service. Will stop again when we come back too the area.

When did places start charging for a cup a water with your meal? I understand bottled water but a small cup. Cups must be really expensive. Cook’s who brought my food out were extremely nice and the counter lady was pretty rude.

We used to love TJs we moved out of the area and came back for a funeral. We stopped by TJs and were very disappointed. The food was mediocre. Service was less than desirable. The dining room had chairs on the tables, not welcoming at all. They don’t have free tap water, so if you want water, bring your own.

Now that I’m no longer with the company I can write a relatively unbiased review:
This restaurant is staffed by wonderful people who work very hard to provide clean, fresh, and delicious food. The fact that they are able to maintain a courteous and service-oriented atmosphere while making those meals at fast-food paces & low prices is commendable. They are very sanitary and you’ll notice that all the employees eat and enjoy the food.
Also, I have to point out: half the bad reviews mention items from Taco Bell’s menu, not anything served at Taco John’s.
