I do miss the old look of Taoc John’s. It was a good stop being for shopping at Sam’s club. They was fast and friendly. The place was very clean and quiet.

We was just at taco John’s for a to go order. We ordered our food and on our receipt we noticed they charged us for something we never ordered. On my meat and potato burrito I ordered it as a grilled chicken. They put it in as a crispy chicken. Not grilled. The lady manager in charge was snappy and rude to the boy taking orders. We get our food. My husband and I double checked our food. We didn’t receive one of our 7 dollar meals. We was missing my soft shell taco from my number 8 combo meal. They also didn’t give us our nacho cheese sauce. These guys were very in organized. When confronting that we was missing stuff the manager had said she gave us everything. I had everything in the counter showing what we had to let them know what we was missing. The guy who was the cashier was trying to tell the lady what we was missing and she still said we got the 7 dollar meal it was made. She came over looked at receipt and the stuff said this is the 7 dollar meal. Both me and the cashier who may I say was being treated rude told her there was suppose to be 2. She looks at the receipt said oh that’s my fault I didn’t see that it said 2. Meanwhile food is getting cold. We was told we had everything with this lady who calls herself a manager snapping at us and the cashier. They still forgot our cheese sauce. Had to tell them once again we need the cheese sauce. This review is based off that rude lady who is supposed to be the manager. Suppose to know how to handle things but instead is fine with making simple mistakes and take it out on others.

I stopped for a quick bite after shopping at Sams Club. The restaurant is relatively new (built in the past year or so). The interior and exterior of the building were clean, the tacos were tasty and fresh, and the staff was friendly. I did happen to show up between lunch and dinner, so hardly a soul in the place. There are also outside tables on the west side of the building to use when the weather permits. This location also has a drive thru with easy access to I-90.

This fast food establishment was new for us as we don’t have one in our state. It was very well kept and looked very new. The staff was amazing and friendly. I would definitely return if we come through again.

We got 2 combos and 2 been burritos. They left out one of our items and we couldn’t tell what because the wrapping wasnt clear. They told as “what each item was” and have us another bean burrito assuming that’s what we were missing. It was not. It didn’t even taste good. The man helping us was very nice.

Love TJs!! You guys have an awesome 3 dollar menu, with some other tasty choices. But your tots are where it’s at! Little pricey for sure, and the fact that nacho cheese doesn’t come standard with it definitely doesn’t help. Otherwise great food!
