We have ordered from the last remaining Taco John’s 3-4 times in the last month or so. My daughter loves that place. Not once has order been correct. Tonight, very simple, meat and cheese only soft shell tacos. Nope! They crammed extra lettuce and such on there. Everyone wants $15-$20 an hour to do half ass work.

Went out expecting a nice dinner, but unfortunately your workers can’t comprehend or follow basic instructions. Ordered a Taco Bravo with no tomato. Pretty basic and simple if you ask me, anyways the worker taking the order repeated back the order correctly stating no tomatoes. Can anyone guess what my order was covered in? Yep Tomatoes. Taco John’s isn’t my first choice for Mexican style food but I do love their Mexican donuts and their steak street tacos. I only wish they used corn instead of flour. The service is friendly when I go there. I like how they stay open til 2am. It is very convenient.

My sister called me this morning and told me about her experience in the drive through. She is hearing impaired and could barely hear them through the speaker. They employees were laughing at her! she had to sit there and wait for the laughing to stop to finish her order! When she got up to the window they were still laughing. She told him she is hearing impaired and their behavior is very rude and the guy taking her money , while still laughing said well, I hope you don’t make a big deal out of this. and closed the window. They then told her to go to window 3 to wait for her food and cried, the guy goes to hand her her food, doesn’t apologize for the behavior pretty much throws the food at her and says have a good day and closed the window. I cannot believe this is how Taco Johns treats their customers!!! I guess if you have an impairment expect to be disrespected and laughed at by their employees.

Here it is 9:40 at night. It has been a long day to say the least. One of the few places still open, but you know a taco salad sounds good. Get back to my hotel room and this is what they gave me. It would have been nice to know I wasn’t getting a shell, that’s what makes the taco salad. What a waste of money and time. Off to find something to eat I guess. Yay.
