Oh La La. Let me start out by saying I love Taco Johns. There aren’t any Taco Johns in the South so I like to stop here whenever I’m back in town. My experience started out excellent, the food was hot, fresh and delicious. The churro was fried to perfection and expertly sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
I was full and happily sitting in a booth with my family when all of a sudden I heard the supervisor/manager verbally abuse her coworker while they were cleaning the bathrooms.
Now usually this kind of thing doesn’t belong in a review, but this level of abuse was disturbing and needs to be addressed. Do better.

Excellent, fresh food tonight; good service; clean dining area. Tonight I was looking for a little bit something different. I haven’t been to a Taco John’s for years! Then I remembered TACO TUESDAY for some reason, and it hit the spot! I don’t care about the other reviews; this was good, and my tummy is content. #BeefHardshellTacos

Order was correct, but the meat was runnier than I remember it being. Service would have been 5 star, but a female employee raised her voice at a customer when the customer told her the order was wrong. The employee said “well someone else took your order then” and was rude while saying it. Not the customers problem. Just offer to fix it.

Picked up breakfast this morning only to discover two items missing from my bag when already at home. Staff at the drive thru is absolutely unfriendly and not capable of a smile, lady answering the phone has no clue the app doesn’t offer refunds. Why is it so hard to get peoples orders correct? Thank you for pushing my business to other food establishments.
