Went inside for a takeout order. Food was good. Woman taking our order was extremely rude and had zero customer service skills. She made ordering very awkward and my boss who was ordering almost walked out. I guess that’s what you expect at most places these days unfortunately.

They always forget the nacho cheese and sour cream. Every time. If I’m going to pay 1.49 for each sauce then I expect them to be in the bag. Make sure you get all your food because all they will do is offer a discount for the missing items. Absolutely lazy workers especially if you can’t make sure that an order is correct before sending it out the window. Beyond disappointed at the service for this location. Do better, your job is not that hard

Stopped in on 3/14/23. Immediately we were greeted by the friendliest and most energetic employee ever – Clay. From making sure the dining room was spotless to stopping by every table to make sure guests were taken care of, we were BLOWN AWAY by Clay’s customer service. He made sure to say goodbye to everyone when they left as well. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. It’s rare to see such great customer service today! Taco John’s – give Clay a raise!

11:40 am thursday may 8th.
Waited at the counter for 5 minutes while kitchen staff kept looking at me, not acknowledging me. Not even a ‘someone will be right with you’. This would’ve been fine on it’s own.
But it probably would’ve been better had my food not been sitting on the counter for an extra 5-10 minutes getting cold. Meanwhile everyone else after me got their food because they put the wrong name on my order, and refused to say what the order was when calling the customers name. Just walked around the restaurant saying ‘dale? Dale? Are you dale? Where’s dale?’ My name is far from Dale.
I would’ve piped up had someone simply listed what the order was.
Staff needs training.

They first brought out the wrong order, after realizing they gave us the wrong order they took the food back and served it to the right customer. The taco burger with steak barely had any meat on it. The meat and cheese burrito barely had any meat and potatoes on it. Very unimpressed with the quality of the food. The service wasn’t great either. Especially with serving food to another customer that was given out to the wrong people.

This location was disgusting, costumer service sucked & we waited in line for 19 minutes until someone with long hair who was flipping his hair around & touching peoples order WITHOUT GLOVES after just removing the gloves with his dirty hands FINALLY opened the window totally confused as to why we were sitting there in the first place. Wouldn’t recommend!
