I’ve been to a lot of Taco John’s in my life and they are usually well run. The food is made fresh which is not always the case at Taco Bell. This particular TJ’s in hot springs is one of the few fast food options in town, but every time I come here the staff is always cheerful and helpful and the food and my order are usually right

We were traveling and stopped for quick drive thru food. Drive thru was quick. Ordered chicken tacos and they were stuffed full with chicken and lettuce, had to eat some out of the taco as they were stuffed full. Asked for sour cream and guacamole at the window with no extra charge! And it came in the bigger smaller containers, very impressed as we usually pay extra for the tinier small containers. We also ordered potato ole’s and they were fresh and plentiful. Friendly and quick service! Glad we had stopped.

Had a short lunch break so went into Taco John’s. Thought I’d have a good lunch break. I had 45 mins to get my order and it was a SIMPLE taco. Not hard to do. Well, here I was standing n line 35 still waiting. The help was picking noses or what ever they do. Wasn’t working that was for sure. I dot up there finally with 5 min left and put in my order and I wanted Beef. Simple to understand. Not Taco John’s. They were out of beef. Really? Really? I went to Dairy Queen. It’s good they are right beside each other. And they know how to treat people right If you are smart go to Dairy Queen.

Stopped by for lunch this afternoon. Building inside & out is a little outdated. But upon entering you’re welcomed by friendly workers. Food came out quick. Food was warm and yummy! They took extra care of us as well, as someone in our group has a food allergen. Really appreciated that. Thanks again.

Potato Olay with extra nacho cheese sauce, and light seasoning. This place always saves the day when you’re driving across country. The burritos are really great too. The potato olays are always nice, hot and fresh.

There were maybe 10 people in the restaurant and nobody in front of us to order. Two meat and potato burritos took 20 minutes to get to us. When they came, they were small, very little meat, cold potato oles inside. Not worth $5.49/piece. I love Taco John’s at home, this location was beyond disappointing
