I’m done with this place. Ate here many times hoping for better service. Would be really nice if someone said thank you after I paid for my order. I could deal with the soggy potato oles if they at least had better service. I’ve given many tries and thought many times about writing a review. This time was the last time I’ll ever eat here. Thank you for not caring about the customer that keeps the doors open and pays employees wages.

No matter how many times I try to give TJ’s another chance it is always disappointing. The taco meat tastes the way standing water smells, drive thru always misses an item from the order, kids chicken is super hard. BUT they are doing great with their nacho cheese ♀️

Hey. It’s still the best Taco John’s in the country, all things considered. Only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because some of the employees are very rude and one of the cooks likes to smash hardshells before bagging them and sending them out. 3 separate occasions this happened to me, all within a month of each other.

This is the worst experience and service I have ever had. The people made me the wrong order and I had to tell them how to even make what was on their menu. Even after remaking my order they still made it wrong and made me give them the incorrect order to be thrown away. 0/10 recommended.

The lady overcharged me for softshells (Sunday special charged 2.80 PER taco rather than 2/2.80). When I asked her about the cost, she said it was 1 for 2.80 and no matter what I said, she just apologized and continued to say it was 1 softshell for $2.80 (that isn’t much of a special since the regular price is $1.59 per softshell). Then the order was wrong when we got it. We waited in the drive through for 20 minutes for them to overcharge us and give us the wrong food. We won’t be coming back. I could have went to DQ next door and paid the same amount and waited the same amount of time.

I wouldn’t even continue to come to the taco johns in mob if it wasn’t for my boyfriend who loves tj’s.. we waited 15 mins in drive through and no one helped us, waited a long time for ONE burrito. Not the only bad experience we’ve had here either.. they have tinfoil up in the drive through so you can’t see in and I think that’s unprofessional along with rude management.
