Today I found another hair in my food. Last week they got my order wrong and I found a hair. I’ve worked in food service and I know better than to come during lunch/dinner rush. The people are nice and all but the food went straight into the trash. I’m sad.

Im a regular to the restaurant and no longer will be getting food here again after the female manager with the red hair accused me of stealing a soda cup after literally ordering at the Self Kiosk at the front counter and was told by one of the other employees to grab my cup if i ordered a combo! Maybe kolton doesn’t understand? No one should be shamed or embarrassed just because they don’t want sour cream and tomatoes on their Tuesday tacos. I laughed it off. Then he asked me to leave a 5 star review. Since this wasn’t the first time, I’m leaving my review as asked and I will not return to this location.

I had ordered from here on October 20th probably around 520pm to 530pm. I used my loyalty reward points and got a 6 pack and a pound with some sour cream and nacho cheese to go with the potatoes. The only things that were correct for my order was the potatoes and the condiments. I called the store when I noticed my food was messed up I called at 538pm. Sat on the phone with the guy for almost 4 minutes. He told me he would put my receipt in the office and to come back within the week. So I called and the some guy answered and basically told me there was nothing he could do. So I’m a little upset because I am a regular there well (was) because I’m not going back there anymore but I used my points for this and to have my food messed up and didn’t get to eat the food. Do better Taco Johns. SMH

We got food from here about a month ago and the food was cold when we got home(2 blocks taway), which wasn’t good but it happens sometimes. We decided to give them to another chance and it was cold again. DO NOT GO HERE the good is inedible unless you heat it up on your own. Terrible Taco John’s.
