I went to this restaurant with a friend, and I have to say it was a total disaster. My burger was colder than ice, and his fries were even oilier than the paper they came in. The waiter was ruder than anyone I have ever met, and we had to wait longer than in any other place , for food that wasn’t even good! The music was the loudest and most annoying I have ever heard; we couldn’t even talk without shouting. The bathroom was dirtier than a gas station, and the tables were sticky and disgusting. Honestly, they have to close this place until they learn how to treat customers. It’s by far the worst restaurant I have ever been to.

I ordered a medium coffee this morning and was given half a cup of coffee and was told that they “ran out of coffee” and when I expressed that I didn’t want to pay full price for the coffee I was told “I dont know how to do half prices” and was sent on my way. Very disappointing.

In all the times I’ve been here, the food has been decent, and the staff generally nice enough. However, they’re always trying to sneak in the upsells. “Would you like some queso, sour cream, or guac with that?”, which are extra cost items, but they don’t tell you that, and they ask it like a burger place might ask if you want ketchup or mustard. “Would you like a medium or large?”, just ignoring the existance of the small, even though TJ’s small would be considered a medium/regular at a lot of restaurants, and again, their medium costs more. If you don’t have your guard up, the cashier will politely con you into making your meal 30% more expensive than it needed to be. TJ’s has been a regular stop for me, but that’s going to stop if they’re taking advantage of their customers.

Drive through you are only allowed to order two meals. I wasn’t allowed to order food for my whole family. The server cut me off and told me to drive around. It was bizarre.
