If you wanna order a taco with a lot of lettuce, this is your place missing cheese, besides a few sprinkles of it and tomatoes.! Taco Hell even does a better job! Haley the drive thru lady did a great job tho!

I was in the drive through and ordered the 6 pack and a pound/ two small drinks. Because I didn’t word it as a “bundle” they charged me for the drinks separate even though I said I would like the promotional sign deal that was on the speaker. Haylee in the drive through who rang me up acted confused and didn’t care about me asking her why my order total did not reflect the deal. So I ended up just paying the amount as she already rang me. THEN I got all the way home and realized that they forgot one of my main items on top of it. Spoke to the “manager” who also was very young and clearly did not care. I have low expectations of fast food restaurant workers but the lack of care and customer service skills at this location is scary and a waste of money. Why would you promote a deal and then not ring it up the right way? And why would you want workers who do not care at all about customer service. I was the only one in the drive through and the parking lot was empty so it being busy did not play a part either. I have only left 1 bad review before because I believe in general mistakes but the amount of stupid I encountered when all we wanted to do was pick up some food deserves this review sadly. Highly suggest going to the Sartell location, everyone there is super kind and gets our order right every-time and the quality is better. This location is also huge on the old taste of oil filled potato oles. Hopefully this review can help future customers.

Need to work on cooking the rice better and not use a microwave! Most of the time the rice is uncooked or hard from sitting too long. And the pico always seems to have an off taste… Like it was made on a surface that was saturated with sanitizer on it or something (all Taco John’s)

By far the most unprofessional and worst experience ever had at a fast food restaurant. The food was disgusting. The meat was slimy. I called and asked for a return. I had my receipt and my food they refused to help me told me they do not give refunds. Whatever they have for their “GROUND BEEF” is definitely not that at all. Save your money. I hope corporate sees this review because I am calling the health department.

We visited yesterday October 6th. The girl taking my order in the drive thru couldn’t understand me and I couldn’t understand her well. Then instead of using words when she didn’t hear me she’d say something that sounded like hmm or umm, instead of asking what I said so we got confused what she was trying to say. Almost all I could hear is a bunch of people talking and laughing in the background. When we get to the window there was like 6 employees standing there talking and laughing, not working. The girl at the window seemed very annoyed that we were there and I felt rushed to grab my change and food so I almost dropped my change and then my food, I had to catch my food. My quesadilla I ordered to share with my daughter was cut horribly, not the easiest to share. Potato ole’s didn’t taste right, the tacos were overly full or clearly not enough. But there was an excessive amount of random sauces I didn’t ask for and napkins just thrown into the bag. But the inside of the bag isn’t the biggest deal, it was just altogether not a great experience at all. No respect towards the customers and no manners there, very disappointing.

Clean. Fast. Hot food. Tasty. Good price. Easy parking but not so easy with a boat trailer or RV, you might be able to ue the Walgreens next door for manouvering room. Salsa bar was fresh. Bathrooms clean.

i usually don’t do reviews but on sunday july 20th i came through the drive through with my 3 year old daughter wayne was at the window and made a very uncalled for bar joke with my daughter in the car. food was good but however his jokes were not. do better!
