Staff were very friendly. It’s a very clean store. Food was delicious and came out pretty quickly. I got the super potato oles which was very filling. I was unable to eat all of it and took half home.

The AI couldnt understand my order, when i got a person they said the order back. At window i asked again to make sure my order was correct, the girl said yes thats what we made. It is not what i received. Completely wrong and the simple potato ole ordered was smashed and broken. Very disappointed.

This was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Everybody knows what to expect from Taco John’s food-wise, and frankly the service from regular employees is solid and courteous. But the behavior of the senior manager is both unprofessional and atrocious. Without getting into too much detail, he is impatient, rude, mean to his employees, and has no sense of service towards customers. My experience here with a simple order error was so upsetting, that I will never return to this location.

I know it’s Taco John’s. I know it’s not healthy. When I eat it, I usually don’t feel great after. But it’s just good, and fast, and the service at this place usually beats the pants off most fast food joints! I’ve been trying to eat healthy for the last several years, but there aren’t many options to grab quick, healthy, cheap food as I’m hitting the road heading out of town, so TJ’s it is!

Always seems to be problems here with the preparation of our food. The staff working on the line don’t seem to change their gloves and get previously prepared food ingredients on the next item that’s being made. If I get a chicken burrito I don’t want seasoned beef on my shell or pop cup. And when asked to remake the own the staff just took the inner ingredients and placed them back into the new burrito shell. Very disappointing experience

I used to eat here but will probably never come back due to the AI ordering. I absolutely refuse to talk to a computer generated voice pretending to be a person. The lengths companies go to in order to not interact with customers is infuriating.

Nope. AI ordering is a hard pass for me and just one symptom of the growing anti-customer service problem that many companies have recently. Pretty soon the cooks will be replaced with robots too and Taco John’s will just be a glorified vending machine.

Fast food tacos. Potato Oles are tasty. Their bacon breakfast scrambler is good for a change of pace at breakfast (like nachos, but with potato oles, cheese, scrambled eggs, Poblano peppers, onion, and tomatoes.)

Just stopped today and got small potato ole, and 1 taco burger…STOP MICROWAVING THE FOOD! The top bun was hard as a rock, the meat and cheese were melted so bad into a hard mess which created bottom bun into a mushy bun…absolutely disgusting. Couldn’t even eat it…Train these people better! Or close up shop! I took pictures but it won’t let me add them..wonder why!!!
