If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a bean burrito and potato Ole’s. The potatoes are inedible they look like they’ve soaked in grease for days. I also received a meat burrito NOT bean. Disgusting!!! I’m disputing the charge this is unacceptable. I’ll never eat here again. I included a pic of the potato ole container after I dumped them in the trash for reference of how grease soaked they were.

Update: I emailed the Taco John’s through the website and got a response around 5 days later. I was granted a free combo meal. When I went to the window to order, they ensured that my items were made fresh and hot. It was so tasty! It kind of made up for it, but unfortunately they only offered the free combo at the Maple Grove location only. That is at least 25 minutes from my house, and I just happened to be in the area the first time I stopped. Kind of disappointed by that aspect of it as they were the ones that messed up.

I love love love Taco John’s. I’ve been a lifelong customer. But I left disappointed the other day. I ordered a meat and potato burrito combo with fried chicken and an extra large potato ole. That all came to $16. The burrito, when I took it out of the bag, was so small. It was like a value menu burrito size, if even that. I was like um what? I opened it out of curiosity because there is NO WAY it should be that tiny. There were only two strips of chicken and NO potatoes. And the other toppings were very sparse like the lettuce and tomato. The potato oles I ordered were filled very sparingly as well, compared to what they used to be. You are NOT going to stay in business charging people $16 for value menu portions of food. That is ridiculous. I lodged a complaint through the website as well but have received zero response. I was ripped off, and I should be made whole. There is no way I am going to tell employees face to face, who handle my food, that they screwed up, since said food can be tampered with easily.

I picked up a boss burrito with chicken, boss burrito bowl with steak, nacho crunch chicken burrito and the donut bites. Everything was delish!! Even the burrito bowl I ate the next day.
