Terrible experience at the Drive Thru this morning. AI took our order (no real person). When we pulled up to the window, the employee told us abruptly and in a very unclear way to pull forward somewhere. We waited for 10 minutes, pulled back to the window window, where we were ignored for several minutes until we were finally handed our food. The Mexican donut bites were good, but we were only given 4 or 5 in the container- hardly any.

Drove 20 minutes from Delano to get food after a long 14 hour day. Ordered 2 softshells extra cheese and no lettuce and both had lettuce and barely any beef or cheese. Asked for hot fresh okra with extra seasoning and got the extra seasoning but not hot and fresh. Glad I’m on a work trip. Won’t be back for awhile.

Went in one night to just get 2 burritos and a drink. Everything was fine, food was good, until I got halfway done with my drink I noticed I was drinking a drink with another lid SITTING IN MY CUP!!!! It was genuinely disgusting to me! Then when I called no one answered, “AMAZING SERVICE” my ass. It looked intentionally placed in my drink as if the workers were displeased with their jobs. I know someone had to put ice and a drink over the lid before putting the correct lid on and handing it out the window. PURE DISGUST!! Taco Johns never has been one of my first choices, but now is definitely my LAST! Came in October first around 9:30.

Customer service needs help. Advertised six pack & a lb
with drinks on board. Charged the same for a six pack without drinks and had to pay extra for drinks after the initial transaction. Then the worker tells me for future reference I need to specify that I want drinks!?! Change your advertising on the menu and your attitude!

Oh my gosh. I went here for the first time and was very pleasantly surprised. I came in here thinking “It’s potato ole time baby.” And then my old buddy Joseph said, “let’s try the street tacos.” I timidly bit into the taco and it was like my mouth went to heaven. This taco was amazing. I ate it before I even remembered we had potato oles. The appearance was a 10/10. It was wrapped in aluminum foil, it was steaming, it was beautiful. It was admittedly very messy. It came with a lime. Overall this was a very pleasant surprise to have the pleasure of being here. I rate it a 10/10. I recommend the street tacos to everyone I know.

My son and I stopped there for lunch after coming back from the lake. First we noticed how clean the restaurant was. Then Vicky welcomed us and took our order. After we had our food, she walked around and checked with all the patrons there to see how the food tasted and if anyone needed anything. She also was very personable with everyone eating there! You never see this at a fast food chain. She was amazing! Also we could hear the other staff all talking and having a good time at work. Would highly recommend Taco John’s in Buffalo and I hope the owners and or managers recognize Vicky and the other staff that were working on Memorial Day!

Went through the drive thru on my lunch hour on 6/7/24 @ around 1pm. It was somewhat busy. Wait time was about 5-7 minutes. Employee was friendly and fast with service. My Beef Burrito with Ranch was hot and flavorful. The Potato Olès were hot and seasoned perfectly. My overall experience was great and I’ll be eating there again..

I stopped on my way home from Rochester. Was super hungry because I had worked all day.
I ordered the chicken quesidilla meal. The food was not even edible. The potato oles were so old, greasy and cold. The tortilla on the quesidilla was hard in spots!!
So disappointed. I basically could have taken my money and threw it out the window!!
