Me and my partner came here at 1:10pm. I ordered separately than my co worker ordered on his own. Lets pretend we are 2 SEPERATE CUSTOMER BECAUSE WE ARE. These girls were super rude and than tried blaming it on us that we didnt ordered what we asked for. Let alone saying ” did she repeat back your order” yeah she probably did but I dont remember but I do remember saying what I asked for. And was THE ONLY THING YOU WERE ADVERTISING A JALAPEÑO burrito with drink and o’les. NOTHING MENTIONED A GRILLER. so clearly you guys messed up and than shifted the blame on me..you guys handed me my wrong order. And my co workers order. Why??? We are two SEPERATE entities. Treat us like such that confused everyone. Handing me and his order. With both items seperate in each bag making it even more confusing and not having MY BURRITO but a grilled instead. For $15 I shake my head..the manager white girl was rude. You guys messed up. Saying ” did she repeat her order” maybe she did or not. I got here at 7 AM. I worked fast food so I understand not opening on time sometimes. But I sat here until 710 and went through the drive-through several times and got no response made direct eye contact with the worker. Here’s my problem. I totally get if you’re not finished with your opening tasks, but if someone comes to the drive-through and you’re still not done, you could at least do the decency of telling them. Hey just so you know, I’m not ready right now just give me like X amount of time. But no, the worker notices that I’m there lights are still off so I figure OK. It’s probably just still trying to do opening test. I was gonna give them the benefit of the doubt, but as soon as I went through the drive-through for a third time, I realized I wasn’t even gonna be told what was happening. Mind you. This is probably my third issue I’ve had With this location. Honestly, not even gonna waste my time. Here anymore. Since when I come here, I have to expect to stay 10 to 30 minutes And either I don’t get my order or they completely messed it up. I guess I’ll continue to make the drive to the one on Winnetka Avenue since they never disappoint!

I understand they close at 10pm so a 9:30pm pickup is pushing things, however, with how much meals cost nowadays at fast food joints I find it completely unacceptable to fill half of my potato Ole’s with chicken and to have something other than ground beef in my tacos. Since this location isn’t close, I was eating in my truck. I returned to the drive through at 9:50 and was told they were closed. After asking for a manager, since the order was placed on the app, there was nothing they could do. This is an all-time new low for this location.
Update: The Morning/Day manager called me the following day and apologized and gave me a free meal. I appreciate the follow up.

$16 for a meal is ridiculous! I spent over $30 for 2 meals for myself and my 9 year old! Never going back. Not to mention, I ordered grilled chicken usually that’s little chunks of grilled chicken is what you would expect, and it was a whole chicken tender, which is misleading it was disgusting. It was more like a chicken ranch wrap more than a chicken taco.

Always Ssssssloooooooowwwww service and attitude, yesterday I asked right away, before they put me on hold for 10 minutes, if they ACTUALLY had the boss burrito available this time since other 5 or 6 days they didn’t have them and I have waited for nothing before, she went like, ” yes, but I said I’ll be right with you….”, seems like they don’t know the extent of their slow and annoying service so far I’ve written this message and only a single car has moved , there’s 6 cars waiting, 3 waiting in the street outside the parking lot, checked the window to the inside before leaving, 2 costumers inside….,i doubt this is just about laziness I believe this store can’t keep employees, most be about the pay, are you really willing to loose the business completely? One can’t take this time wasting only for so long

Took really long at the drive thru (to the point that cars behind me were honking) and I just ordered one of the value meals. Then when I got around to opening the bag, I had the totally wrong order and something I’d never order. I was heading to an appointment so no time to go back. Super disappinting and a waste of time and and money.
