12/9/25 11am. I was greeted when I entered, yet the greeting was not overly friendly. Just basic. The tacos came fairly quickly. These were the taco Tuesday tacos and there was more meat in them then I expect it so that was a bonus. Background music was classic rock which I don’t hear very often anymore. The temperature inside was nice, not too hot and not too cold. It’s kind of an L-shaped layout inside and there are outside tables in the summer. They’re stacked and not usable and who would want to sit out in the snow anyway.

Staff were friendly. Place was clean. They were very patient with us looking over the menu. The food came out quick and tasted great! Highly recommend the Mexican Donuts for breakfast.

Drive thu was timely, even with 3 cars ahead of me and they were quick to take my order. The burrito I got was eh, little cold, not too much flavor but not too bad, just average.

The food tasted great. The price was good. I paid close to $8 for a small chicken burrito and 2 beef tacos. It’s too bad I wasn’t passing thru here on a Tuesday when tacos are $1.39 instead of $2.39. The employees were friendly and quick. The dining room was clean and they had some classic rock songs playing in the background music. Best fast food experience I’ve had lately.

Food was alright. Could have been more fresh I suppose. Service was lacking. Staff was friendly and polite enough, but fast food should be just that…..Fast. order took longer to get than to eat. Staff was apologetic about the wait time, which was nice.

Stopped at this Taco John’s and got 3 beef hard shell tacos. So here I sit with one vehicle in fr of me for over 10 mins.
So much for fast food.
Just going to eat my food in my car before I get back in the highway.

Wow. Kinda lame. Tacos are not loaded. And 1.50 each. I mean seriously? What a rip off. They are sooo small and little, with really no
toppings.
I would say there are better options than this. Shell’s r nice and crunchy. No meat or cheese tho. Lame.
Better than Taco Bell. But that isn’t saying much. Anything is better than Taco Bell.

I live in Iowa, so I’m a huge Taco John’s fan. This location actually puts food in the tacos and burritos, which was amazing. I thought the soft taco was a burrito because it was so filled. I could also taste the nachos cheese that was in the meat and potato burrito, which was a first. I hope they keep these employees and keep making them the same way.

They got the order all wrong he asked for syeal and cold and greasy taco meat it was so greasy the soft shell got slime they also used the wrong soft taco for what he ordered it a tually made him severely ill plus he ask for a Dr peper and got rootbeer more than likely we will not return

This TJ’s has really gone down hill, I order extra sour cream and never get it but get charged. Today same but the taco shells were flaking all over my seat and I always use the drive through so it’s not that easy to say something…….Need to do better
