The past three drive-thru visits have had missing items. Most often they forget to include the Oles, but I’ve had missing tacos and sour cream on multiple occasions.
Yesterday not only did they forget the side of Oles, but they didn’t put any in my meat and potato burrito. I was the only customer there, so it’s not an issue of being rushed.
I was so excited for Taco John’s to come to my town, but this location has been a constant let-down and a stain on the brand.
EDIT: I contacted customer service via their contact form and did not hear back for weeks. I commented on one of their corporate Facebook posts and was told someone would follow up to my issue. Over a month later, still no response.
UPDATE: 10 months later, still no response from Taco John’s corporate after they said they would reply. Service continues to be poor at this location. I wish they had never come back. The management of these locations deserves to fail.

Seriously? They close at 11pm and I went through the drive thru at 10:15 on a SATURDAY Night and they claimed they weren’t taking orders anymore. If I was the owner I would definitely get new employees. Won’t be surprised when this taco john closes too. If the owner is reading this i went on sat night 9-27. Now you know what employees are making you lose money and refusing customers.

Came here for lunch and got exceptional service. Tony, the manager, insisted on carrying our tray of food for us to our table. The food was freshly prepared and delicious.

Food is horrible, just ordered the “Boss bowl” and its more like a baby bowl, barely any kind of meat in it mainly rice and lettuce.. For $8.50 could you at least get some meat it it and have it taste atleast alittle bit good. I see why there wasn’t any traffic going through there.. if they don’t fix this they will be like long john silver and be out of business.. sorry not sorry the truth hurts.. I AM a bigger guy and would usually finish my food so my money don’t go to waste but I threw this whole bowl away.. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I would rather go to tacoshits (tacobell) and get there power bowl atleast I can finish that and it taste somewhat good

Brand new TJ. Nice and clean…. Except bathroom should be checked more often. Person at the counter was very helpful with a recommendation and with finding a money saving combo. Burrito – major disappointment, where was the chicken, where was the seasoning?

This gentleman did not have to serve me, it was a couple minutes after closing I told him I was on the motorcycle and I was having a problem because I haven’t eaten for a while this gentleman was fantastic Whoever has the opportunity to gain him as part of their team should take it. This guy’s going places thank you for serving me when my blood sugar was low you might have saved my life
