Sign says there open at 6am. I pulled up at 6:10 and was told that their fryers were not hot enough to cook anything and it’d be about 10 mins. I tried to say okay no problem I’ll just wait the 10 mins and was interrupted by the female worker and told I had to leave immediately or she would call the police. I then tried to ask the worker her name and was again cut off and informed she was on the line with the police. I said ok I’ll talk to them when they get here.
I weighed it out and just left.
All I wanted was a burrito I wasn’t rude or anything and even didn’t mind waiting. McDonald’s opens at 4 am and often can’t take orders until 4:15 and I just wait patiently and scroll through my phone until they can take orders 10/27/25

Absolute confusion. The entire staff was confused and wandering around. I ordered a pickup order, walked in, talked to two people, then waited 10 minutes for food that has been bagged the entire time. Who exactly was in charge?

I rarely put a review online. Have been stewing on this for weeks. Went to West Broadway location in Council Bluffs IA about 6 weeks ago. Have been a loyal customer there for at least 30 years. Ordered Super Nachos for dine in.The chips were so stale I could not eat them. After trying 2 or 3, I took them back to the counter to the manager. He immediately became angry & told me they had just changed the Grease the night before & that was why they tasted stale. I said they weren’t edible. He threw up his hands & yelled at an employee to make me something else & stomped off to the drive thru.Wow! That’s how he treats people that have supported his business for years & never once before complained about anything? Done doing that! Won’t go back!

It was BUSY BUSY in drive through so we went it for take out and it was packed inside. Whoever was running the front had double checked ALL orders as they were going out. It was well ran and they did an amazing job. They were very professional and nice as well

Disgusting. Got a quesadilla that literally looks like it was peeled off the floor! Including a picture of what it looked like opening the box.. there are pieces of the shell just thrown in there toppings just poured in. It’s just disgusting and when I called the manager offered to replace it, um No I will not be eating here again. I would recommend you don’t waste your money and just go elsewhere. There is taco Bell, jonsey’s, and Juarentino’s just a few blocks up!

When u order super potato Ole and u get hardly anything
Chicken taco salad you get no cheese, 5 peices did get the extra sour like asked..
When called they lady I spoke acted like she could care less about her team mess up! See photos before to see the type of food they made

I always get my order. Only a few times got the wrong soda. And once one item was wrong. But I called and they made it right.
