The worst ever! Six pack an less than a pound! Pototoe crumbs! Almost like they were old potatoes and refried! If course did not see this till we got home. Tocos cold as well! What happened Taco Johns???

A little less than ten years ago, this location was the best Taco John’s I had been to. Now, it’s one of (if not THE) worst. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when my stuffed grilled taco was cold, with a stale shell, and hardly any fillings. Then it happened again. Last night, the potato olés they gave me were so stale that they were difficult to bite through, room temperature, and basically just crumbs like they had scraped the bottom of the container to get these out. With how expensive it is for fast food, just save your money or take it elsewhere.

Much better this time. The service was fast and friendly. The store was nice and clean. I enjoyed having a daily special board out front. My only complaints, and I am fussy. The condiment bar was empty. Though is was provided the sauces I asked for. And the meat had a sat in the pot to long taste. Keep improving!

I would give it less than 1 star if I could. We went through the drive through and we ordered a soft shell and 2 beef burritos. All of it was cold and the burritos were not even rolled. I don’t know if this food made me sick, but stomach issues less than 30 minutes after eating there. I love Taco Johns in general, but the food at this particular one has never been great.

Possibly the worst Taco John’s I have been to, though the one in Sheldon may give it close competition. Potato Oles were cold and stale. They seemed a day old, tough and cold, and the tacos were greasy. I only post this in hopes the manager will improve the place. TJ’s can be great but that is not what I found here.

Update: new management has improved the store. Mix ups still happen, but far less frequently. Mix ups are now also addressed and apologized for. Still good food, better service.
Really good food…when they get it right. Have been there 3 times in the last 2 months and all 3 times had something wrong with at least part of our order. One time it was the wrong type and wrong number of condiments, another it was missing 2 burritos from our order, and the last one we asked for light meat on the taco, extra lettuce, extra tomato and they were regular after charging us for the extra. All 3 times I’ve called in and it seemed as though i was nothing but a bother. At no time did they apologize or volunteer to reimburse the cost of the food via a coupon for next time. Love the food, just the management doesn’t seem to have a handle on how to do customer service.

Yet again, went to this particular Taco John’s hoping it would be a better experience than previous times, but no! Ordered the famous 6 pack and a pound, crispy with just meat and cheese only, plus other menu items. Got what we ordered, but the tacos were soft shell instead of crispy. We didn’t take them back to get them right, because my daughter only eats the meat and cheese. It wasn’t a big deal, but that wasn’t the point. It was the fact that they got our order wrong, again, when it clearly said on the receipt, “crispy, meat and cheese only”. And it says on the window, ” Make it right so the customer is happy”. Well, it wasn’t made right, and we weren’t happy. 🙁

Very nice and very clean Taco John’s location. The drive through is what I would could consider to be non-traditional as you have to loop thru the alley, but it is manageable. I was lucky they were not busy at the time. Food and service were good and we would definitely eat there again.

Order on receipt was right. What was in the bag wasn’t quite right. Taco burger bun was hard. Ordered softshells with just meat and cheese and they had an extraordinary amount of lettuce on them when we didn’t want any lettuce. We have had better there. Tonight was a poor showing.

Ordered online. Once we arrived we waited 10 minutes to get to the window with only 1 vehicle infront of us. Waited another 10 minutes once we got to the window. Once we got home (8miles away) realizes they shorted us a drink and a burrito. Only 2 people working. Very slow!
