Ordered the Taco Salad Bowl and Potato Oles.
A little bit of salsa and beef on top layer but underneath that was a bowl of lettuce. Hardly any cheese. Shell was really good and minus half the bowl of lettuce would have been fantastic.

I hate to say anything negative because the food is decent. But the limes get smaller and smaller every time I eat here. It went from wedges to something the size of my pinky. Order a Super Nacho at full price and they gave me a little bit of super nachos in a small bowl. Warning this place can’t do Churros correctly, they have been cold and hard as a brick and ebd up in the garbage at $2.00 a pop its aggravating that they know what they are giving you but just don’t care. The Southside Paducah is my favorite one as they always give you good food and the staff is excellent!!! Last time I will be at this location…

I constantly have problems with orders missing items but have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were busy. Today I ordered on the mobile app and when I arrived was told my food had already been picked up by a doordash driver. Odd since I used the Taco John’s app not doordash. Then after the manager on duty called someone was told that they wouldn’t remake the food and i’d have to call support for the app. I tried to call support but the only thing you can do is leave a voicemail. So now I am out almost $30 and was basically told, “Oh tough luck” I really do love the food, but don’t order from this Taco John’s EVER. Horrible customer service, I wish I could leave a zero on everything.

The people working here are friendly and helpful. We got out food pretty quick. The place was packed and the drive thru was full. We thought it might be a while but nope within 5mins if ordering we got our food. Thank you for the great service. The food was wonderful.

Just curious how I’m supposed to eat a stick from a tree. I thought this was a churro, but from the way it’s hard a wood, I’d knock on wood before I knew I had something I wasn’t supposed to get.
Honestly, this is the second time during lunch we’ve gotten a churro and they were cooked like rocks. They’re supposed to be crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. This wasn’t crunchy. It’s rock hard all the way through. I loved getting churros from Taco John’s when I was a kid. Now everytime we go, things are cooked in dirty grease or overcooked. I miss getting nice fresh and good cooked food from there. It’s always been bad for the last year or two.
