I went to taco Inn and got a deluxe nacho and two steak burritos. As soon as I opened the nacho I saw multiple hairs on top of the onions. These were long hairs like probably 5-7 inches long, as I pulled them off some of the hairs were within the nacho under the toppings as well. It was absolutely disgusting. I don’t like to complain at all, and I understand how it is working fast food but this was just unacceptable. So I called and complained, and was told the manager would be in contact with me. After talking to the manager I don’t think I will be returning. He basically said he and another bald guy are the ones that cut the onions and everyone wears hats so that couldn’t have happened. He said they’ve been doing this for 40 years and it’s never happened. So he basically accused me of lying. I called him out on it too and he further insisted it couldn’t have happened. He also brought up how in the phone call I said there was a “clump” of hair and said oh well now you’re saying it as 3-4. Regardless of what word I used there were multiple hairs in the damn food end of discussion. This is disappointing because I really do enjoy their food and liked going there. They said they’re gonna send me a $5 coupon cause of this but honestly I will probably never use it because this whole experience left me not wanting to return.

Flour tortilla chips = best nachos in town! I only ever get the flour chip nachos or chips and guac., but they are dynamite.
Old building, interesting layout, consistent service and food

We had an event catered at Union Adventist University and it was great! Everyone enjoyed the food and there was plenty left over for the dorms to take part too.

Haven’t been here in over 15 years and I remember why..it’s trash. My burrito was served to me cold lol how are they in business $12 for a watered down ice tea with no ice and a cold burrito. Shame

The deluxe nachos from this location are very lackluster. At all the other Taco Inn locations they’re God’s gift to man, but this specific location always has stale corn chips, minimal toppings and the cheese is never melted. Unfortunately, it’s just not worth the price for what you actually get anymore, which really sucks. Womp womp.

Didn’t realize they gave me the wrong order till I got home and realized I overpaid. (Drink was correct)… wouldn’t have been too bad if the food wasn’t cold like it never was hot in the first place.

No soap in the women’s bathroom- how are your employees washing their hands before preparing food? The guy at the counter gave me a hard time about ordering a “little kids meal” for my child because he’s over 10. The little kids meal comes with different sides we like. Just bad business- I could go through the drive through and order 10 of them and they’d never know who they are for so it seems self sabotaging to even bring it up. Why ruin our experience over something you really have no control over? Seems like a power play. When I stated that he likes these sides better, they doubled down. Another woman grunted, “order them separately then.” It was obnoxious and we will not be back to this one.

Quick service, fresh made to order food. Good, not great value but still worth visiting better than Taco Bell
