Taco H is hands down the best taco spot in Idaho Falls — no comparison with any other taco place in town!
Their chicken “shrimp-style” tacos are absolutely amazing. They use chicken but prepare it with the same toppings and flavors as their shrimp tacos, and it tastes incredible. So unique and so flavorful!
The spicy pork tacos are also super delicious — perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor.
Even though it’s a food truck, the quality, taste, and consistency are top-notch. Definitely a 5 out of 5 for me. Highly recommend if you’re in Idaho Falls!

Taco-H absolutely knocked it out of the park! The Cali-style carne asada burrito is next-level-perfectly seasoned, with tender carne asada, and fresh ingredients. I prefer the Cali-style vs the traditional (the refried beans and rice used in most traditional burritos mutes the flavor of the meat).
Every bite is packed with flavor and balance, from the savory meat to the fantastic salsas (I mix their avocado with their green salsa and lime juice from the fresh limes they include).
My wife loves their chicken tacos.
The quality is consistent, the portions are generous, and you can tell they care about doing things right.
Also, you can call in your order ahead of time – I love this option. They tell you when it will be ready. My food is always fresh and ready for me when I arrive.
If you’re craving an authentic, satisfying burrito that leaves you already planning your next visit, Taco-H is the place. Highly recommend!

OH MY birria tacos? audible moan they were so fantastic! And a taco truck that has the waiting pucks so you can sit in your car and not worry about missing your order chef kiss! I got the ramen to try as well, it was fantastic of course.

Some of the best shrimp tacos I’ve ever had, and I know this because shrimp tacos are my go to! The Al pastor is super flavorful, the birria is amazing! The only thing I ever have to add is salt to the consomé. Super friendly staff and just great food!

I was in town on business and had a few minutes to grab lunch before I headed to the airport. Taco H came recommended to me, so I gave it a try. The individual that took my order was super helpful. I had been recommended to try the Quesa Birria, but I mentioned that Al Pastor is my go to. He put together a meal with two of each, and they were incredible. If I find myself back in Idaho Falls again, I will make sure to hit up Taco H!

The best carna asada tacos I’ve had yet! Real charbroiled steak, fresh tortillas, and all the fixings (if desired). The customer service is wonderful, they talked us through the entire menu and it’s unique points. We can’t wait to come back and try everything else!
