Good staff, food is what it is…. A guilty pleasure… Grease on grease. I’m not complaining. But asking your customers to give you extra money because you no longer accept pennies is very revealing as to what you think of us….. For that reason I won’t be going back

This was the worst meal I have ever gotten anywhere! I had the Sancho, Nachos and a small drink. It was $12.95 (with tax). I expected more than just sauce and cheese on the Nachos, the Sancho was cold. I am not a picky eater. I ate at least a third of the Sancho before getting to the ground beef. I ate about half and brought the rest home. I just couldn’t make myself eat it and I ended up throwing it away. Years ago I worked downtown and ordered many times from Taco Gringo. Not the same!

1st time eating at the brand new location at Taco Gringo Jacksonville. Got the #2 combo meal (Hard beef taco & Beef sancho, with small Mountain Dew). Extremely filling, affordable & quick. While working in open kitchen atmosphere, staff was working hard & display great teamwork. Drove right past Taco Bell to eat at a family owned establishment. Will return when in the area & will definitely get the 6 piece wings & steak burrito. Highly recommend.

There is no way I can get those specials on their Kisok, so I lost my chance for some $1.39 tacos. Secondly, the nachos were VERY SALTY!! I did not ask for extra salt. I ate about 1/4 of nachos and the rest of 75% goes to garbage. See photo to see how much salt were added in there. Lastly, the burrito came with very little chipotle ranch in it.

We went here on July 12th, July 13th. The first time I ordered a taco salad and it is so big I couldn’t finish it . I tried to eat some later and still couldn’t finish it . The size and price is nicely priced and plentiful. The next day we went back and got a 12 pack of tacos and I still have 6-7 left for a family of 3 . These are so filling it’s hard to finish them . There is a ton of meat and packed full of flavor . In fact there is a bit of spiciness to them . The wait time was maybe 4 minutes and that was with the line backed up. These are tacos are a bit greasy but to be honest my family is preferring these as opposed to taco bell .

Since they opened the new location the place has gone down hill. They charge you for taco sauce (really) they charged for a bean burrito 6 $ but receipt said beef burrito. I never had to pay for 3 sauces for 6 tacos. The place was empty go figure . Needless to say we won’t be returning. The tacos were so greasy they were dripping greasy mess.
