Good food, friendly staff, good prices.
The place is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and speedy. We tried the Birria torta and the Asada burrito. Both were very good, the burrito is a good size plenty for one person. The torta was very good but mine didn’t come in the traditional Bolillo bread, their bread was flakier and buttery, still delicious though. The salsa is homemade but spicy. We didn’t eat tortillas this time so can’t comment on those, maybe next time since there were several items I want to try here.

I decided on a whim to stop in on my way back to Oklahoma and I’m so glad I did! I had stuffed Avocado with fajita meat. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The whole meal was piping hot. The food was so spicy and delicious! The waitress, Cindy, was attentive. I will definitely be back again on my way through!

Absolutely amazing experience at Taco Factory Taqueria & Bar! The fajitas were incredible—packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. Every dish we tried was fresh, delicious, and clearly made with care. The service was just as outstanding—Daniel took such great care of us, making the whole visit even better. The food had no flavor. Table had 3 different types of tacos, flaunts, qusadila, nachos, and queso… the overall review was edible but absolutely no flavor. Service was slow, slow. Atmosphere was good, but overall not worth the food or the prices.

Ordered take out through uber eats. I ordered a melon agua fresca and received horchata. The packaging is so bad that my taco plate arrived with all of the rice spilled all over the tacos. I asked for extra green salsa and got zero. The food is really good but please work on your attention to detail.

First time eating here after lots of recommendations. I ordered a bean and cheese breakfast taco, and was served a little bit of cold refried beans and sprinkle of shredded cheese on a tortilla. No eggs. This was the most expensive taco I ordered. I’m sure it’s a case of ordering the wrong item on the menu, but just a heads up. Luckily, our toddler liked it. The other tacos and burrito were good, but I had a hard time getting past this one.

Use to live walking distance from their Allen location and have been going to Taco Factory for years until moving to Van Alstyne. Taco Factory was one of the few things I missed about Allen so it’s nice to have them in VA. This location is even better than the original! Tacos and Tortas are going to be a lunchtime favorite again!

First time trying this place. Placed an order to-go. Got there 5 minutes before our food was supposed to be ready, and it was sitting on the counter already. Drove home in less than 5 minutes, and the food was ice cold already. Very little meat for a $10+ monster burrito.
The worst part is our daughter’s kid’s meal. We ordered her the cheese burrito, and it was the most pathetic burrito I’ve ever seen. It was a couple pinches of cheese rolled in a tortilla about the size of a taquito for $7.50.

I got take out here and it was delicious! I got the three taco platter and the carnitas was my favorite! The Mexican rice was also delicious!
