Always a great meal at Taco Factory! Very good and unique tacos and burritos. Also need to try their version of a chili relleno! Its awesome! Smothered with chili verde os a hand stuffed cheese filled chili!even get extra Taco sauce (it’s the best!) And I freeze it and pop a couple of frozen ones in a pan with fried potatoes and onions!

This place was my go-to food to feel good. Their tacos were amazing, and the ingredients were fresh. But something has changed. Their salsa has become spicier, and their taco has a different taste, which wasn’t their before. I am so disappointed. This taco place does not stand out anymore. The young lady at the counter is always great, She has not changed.

I have to say we’ve been eating at Taco Factory for at least 30 years for many reasons. First, this is a very friendly, family owned restaurant located in Delano with easy access off 99 via Cecil Ave. The food is amazing, and some of our favorites include the chili rellanos burrito, the enchiladas with rice and beans and my personal favorite….the chips and cheese. My husband loves the chili Verde, but it’s a bit spicy for me although the flavor is spot on. Its a small but mighty little place and you can call ahead for takeout.

I was looking for a place to eat, something local and different from the usual fast food options. Taco Factory was recommended, and since it was nearby and I am a fan of tacos, I gave it a shot. So glad I did. The taco with mixed beans and seasoned ground beef was fresh and flavorful and the Chili Verde burrito was amazing. Their salsa was a great addition to both and I look forward to the next time I’m in the area. Definitely eating here again.

My taquitos were good. But they put my sauce in the container with the taquitos, which was very messy. Especially being that I got it to go, it would have been much better to have the avocado sauce in a separate container with a lid.

Where do i start … Love this place. Tried taco factory rite before the fire and now thats its back ill be able to continue enjoing a big O huge satisfying meal. Super nachos ! Yup so thanks to the great employees of taco factory!

Went here for the first time this week and ordered the beef and cheese enchilada dinner plate. They give you a decent amount of food which is why I decided to give it 2 stars. Flavor was just ok… wasn’t until I got a few bites into the enchilada noticed the ground beef towards the middle of the enchilada was red inside . I threw the entire plate away. Can’t say anything about the other items but this was all bad.

If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food, this isn’t the place, but if you’re looking for more california style food, that would be more accurate.
However the couple of burritos we ordered were not very full, the flavor is not very flavorful, but the staff was nice.
The tostada shell was nice and crispy, very yummy, but the ground beef was granular in texture, flavorless, and not very good quality.
I was hoping it would be great, but not so much.
Fresher better quality ground beef and some seasoning would go a long way.
Maybe do a few different versions and do a day where people do a blind taste test to pick the best.
