Heard that their food was fire so decided to finally try them out. First off there a two lines so make sure you get in the right one. The night we went there was a lot of people there so like okay good must be good. Got the tacos (asada and cabeza) for my kids and husband. They said it was really good. I always get tortas at taco trucks so I got that asada torta – which I should have just stuck to the tacos smh. The torta was small it was wrapped up and the size of like a hamburger. Honestly it was so dry smh I didn’t even eat it all.
Service was good although they were busy it went pretty quickly. Ordered 1 torta and 13 tacos waited maybe 15min. All the toppings are on the second line you just go up too and serve yourself. Also got champurado and it was like watered down but I’m used to the authentic thick creamy champurado this was not it. Would I try them again, no I’ll stick to other taco trucks nearby.
Defiantly just get their tacos js.

These are the best tacos in Visalia. They are consistently fresh and juicey. When I want tacos, Tacos El Rojo is where I go. At this point, I won’t go anywhere else.
Great food is worth the wait. But that’s how you know a place is good. They make the food fresh and there’s always a line of people.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and haven’t left a review but this place is the best for tacos. They don’t skimp on quality and are 100% consistent! Finally they accept card but I bring cash to tip because they don’t charge enough for the top level of absolutely delicious food they serve.

Adventurous location, at least for a gringo. Very good tacos, cabeza is legit. Great toppings options and super cheap. Tortillas a little blah but everything else is a win.

CASH ONLY! Went on a Sunday evening. Wasn’t too packed. I ordered tacos de asada, al pastor and tripas, a mulita de chorizo and an horchata. One of the things I really like about this place is how they present the mulita. You get the mulita and they give you sour cream, lettuce, tomato and sauteed onions on the side. You put all that in the mulita and you eat away! That’s how they do it in TJ. Many places don’t offer that. Anyway, they’re so good. The taco de tripa was a stand out too! Crisp on the outside while maintaining the gamey flavor on the taste. Heads up, tripa tacos are $2 compared to the standard $1.50. The horchata is so gewd! Full of flavor! Overall, the food here is the standard old school-style tacos. They really hit the spot. I highly recommend!

Delicious. The very best in town. My favorite. Customer service is also very friendly to want to continue going back a few times a week.

Simple taco, not worth making a second trip for. I did like that there was plenty of toppings like cabbage and salsas. Will keep going to my usual taco spot in Exeter, Los Panchos.
