Taco Dog was founded in Spartanburg SC in 2003 with fresh food in mind. Fresh food tastes the best and is generally healthier than processed foods. Flavors from all over the country are found in our recipes. We have the California style stuffed burrito which urban folklore would have first being served in San Francisco. South Carolina style hot dog chili. We offer Mexican style steak, Southwest Chicken, Southwestern style salsa fresca, Southeastern style hot dog chili, and many other flavors. Some of our rotating specials have become very popular including Jerk chicken bowls, Buffalo Blue cheese quesadillas, Mahi tacos and many more seasonly. Fresh is best.

Who knew you could get a top-tier Chicago Dog and a delicious crispy taco at the same place? Taco Dog made that a reality.
Semi-dive location that packs a lot of options into their space. Full array of taco and other Mexican favorites but also close to a dozen types of dogs. I got a nice mix of both and was not disappointed.
Not a lot of seating, and just counter service, but staff was friendly enough, tables were pretty clean. A pleasant surprise I would revisit again.

Finally got to try this place out. They had a good deal for 2 hots,fries,and a drink for only 12 bucks. Food was really good and I love how the fries were crispy. I got their carolina dog w/slaw and yes it was so good.

The guacamole though…whoo!! So good and fresh. The whole family loves the corn dogs, extra large with a sweet batter…yummy! Employees are always courteous; having fun and getting the job done, even when the place is poppin’!!

2 visits so far and I’ve tried multiple items from the menu. The best thing on the menu are the corndogs. I tried the chili dogs. I didn’t notice the chili whatsoever as if it was nonexistent. The steak quesadilla was flavorless. But I came back the second time for the corndogs. Service is good, but the restaurant is not kept clean as the pictures will show. I noticed that the food is set waiting directly next to the cash register so while your food is being prepared other customers are standing over your food while they pay for theirs.

i highly recommend this place if your craving hotdogs!!! This place was the best hotdogs i’ve ever had! i’m not exaggerating the chili was absolutely amazing and i am a picky eater but it was amazing and the onions were perfect too! My french fries were fresh and hot!
The customer service was amazing two very sweet people they greeted me and made sure everything was okay with my order.

Got cheeseburgers Togo tonight. The customer service was off the chart! The phone call making the order, the guy was repeating my requests to make sure it was delivered correctly. When I arrived I was greeted with friendly faces. I believe I spoke to the owner or manager who came out to ask how I was doing today. I also over heard this person coaching and complimenting some of the employees, I really was impressed. I got a small town family restaurant vibe here. It was my first visit but not my last! The food tasted great! French fries tasted good with no sauce. Thank you for a great experience, the extra mile given doesn’t go unnoticed.
