I’m definitely going to eat here again! The food was so delicious, and great prices. I got the birria tacos which were only 12.99 for 4 tacos; and a piña drink. The consome was very flavorful and the tortillas were crispy. The food was ready quickly and the employees were very nice.

Tried a breakfast burrito and that thing was gnarly.
Everything was bland. Wet and mushy. No crunch on hash brown
The cheese was icy cold and un melted.
Portion size was big but I couldn’t eat it because it was so bad

Since moving to Oregon I have had a hard time finding a great casual Mexican restaurant. Tacos Del Sol has hit the mark!
Carlos one of the managers of the family owned restaurant introduced himself and made the service fantastic.
The food was delicious! Hot with a whole lot of salsa to add to my food. We have become a loyal customer over the past year and look forward to continuing enjoying the food!

Friendly staff, spacious seating and a great place to get a Mexican Breakfast to start the day in Tigard. This place was definitely worth the early morning trip. So be sure to add this spot to your list the next time you’re looking for a hearty breakfast at a reasonable price.

I think for Tigard / Beaverton this is a 5/5, but realistically for me it’s more around 4/5
I much preferred the guisados. Also didn’t love the drinks. The salsa bar was better than the hot sauces in the bottle.

Phenomenal! In town for work, and let the google-fu to find a local place to eat. Not disappointed at all. Asada is spot on. Al Pastor hit the spot! And the quesataco? All day!!! Highly recommended. I’ll be back for one more meal before heading out. That’s for certain!
