I ordered an enchilada platter and made it very clear I didn’t like spicy. I kept asking if the ingredients were spicy she was suggesting she said no. A few of them were and I couldn’t eat the meal. I feel ripped off.

The food was ok. The amount of guacamole you get is not worth the extra price (one tiny spoonful), so I don’t recommend getting that. The lettuce was browning, but besides that, everything seemed fresh enough. The staff were nice and the place was really clean.

Can’t even complain about customer service because it’s non existent. Walked in, the lady was rude, on the phone with someone else, brushed me off and told me it’s not ready, mind you I just walked in and I’m looking at the menu, in gym attire and for her to assume I’m a delivery driver. I try to explain, and I ask her what the wait time before I can make an order, she goes on to say “when I am done” in rude tone, she tells me they open at 11am. Then why are the front doors open and your website say otherwise? IF YOURE COMING HERE JUST KNOW YOU CAN DO BETTER WITH FOOD OPTIONS in the city, you’re not missing out on anything by not coming!

This one has always been less busy than the other locations but the quality is the same. Makes it easier to find a seat. Since 196th got turned into a stroad, getting in here is a bit awkward as you can only turn in coming westbound on 196th but there’s plenty of u-turn places so not a problem.
