Gourmet taco shop that unconventionally merges flavors and techniques that span the globe. The chef inspired concept creatively brings together a mashup of flavors from across the world, with the idea that using the finest ingredients, normally found in fine dining, can be prepared in our scratch kitchen and delivered to guests in a form as simple as a TACO. GNAR is essentially the assessment of radness, which extends beyond the food and into the drinks, and especially the environment. GNAR is known for its fun aesthetic, where each location displays artwork from artists across the nation, and when you enter, the space gives the vibe of walking into a tattoo shop. GNAR is about creativity in all forms, but most importantly through food.

On our way we found this Very cool taco fusion kitchen in ridgway. Inside it’s looks like a bar with a lot of skateboarding stickers and the service is really nice and friendly. The tacos itself are really great and delicious. So overall pretty cool place in this small town.

This place has the best tacos ever! Love it so much! The margaritas are ice cold and delicious. Have tried nearly all the tacos and they are all fantastic. The cops and queso is good too. It took a bit this time to place our order because they were so busy but the food and drinks was served very quickly.

The food looks amazing, with really unique varieties of tacos! Beyond the unusual and beautiful tacos, they have standard drinks fare for a little bar, with some limited cocktails and a handful of local beers on tap. Unfortunately, the flavor of the tacos doesn’t quite match the appearance. They’re still very good, but some of the meats were overcooked, and the pork belly had clearly been made in advance and sitting for a while because it was tough and chewy.

He has been to Michelin Star restaurants all over the world and took one bite of the Porto Mushroom taco and said, “JESUS CHRIST!!!This flavor palette rivals anything I have ever eaten. GOOD GOD!!!”
To pick a favorite is almost offensive so I’ll just say, JALAPEÑO CHEDDAR ELK OMG!!!

5 stars all around. Traveled through Ridgeway a few times now in the past 2 years and just finally got the opportunity to check out “gnar tacos.” As locals and surrounding areas call them. I’m Texan so I’m skeptical about my tacos, these are not Texas tacos and thats not a bad thing by any means. These are unique, full of flavor and creativity tacos! I wish I could remember the names of all the Tacos I ordered but I cannot. 1 was the lamb another was a shrimp taco. I definitely suggest trying multiple but maybe some of the flavor combinations dont mix well like lamb to shrimp. Whatever, wash it down with a cold beer as a palette cleanser. I wanted to try them all though but settled at 4 tacos. Each one different than the other. I think like other reviews state this is a great place to grab some good eats. Doors opened at 11 a.m. and I was still 4th or 5th in line waiting for them to open. Food came out quick and bar service was great as well.

These tacos are awesome. I tried six different flavors and they were all great! Definitely give this place a try. Also keep an eye on the special. It was one of our favorites.

Decent spot for Cali style tacos, food is filling portions decent. Good option in Ridgeway. Not super helpful about food allergies or sensitivities, they just do what they do so dont expect anything special. Bar scene w tattoo shop in the back. Their house made hot sauces are really good.
